I'm so happy that we stumbled across this business today in our time of need. We had a great experience - first with John and then Roger. Our kitchen sink backed up and when we called for someone to hopefully come same-day to unclog the drain, John managed to free up a spot in their already very full schedule to come within a couple of hours. We were very grateful for that. Roger arrived on time. He was such a pleasant and knowledgeable fellow. Just an all around nice guy. He assessed the problem quickly and explained it all to me. He expertly unclogged our drain from an opening outside our house that we never even knew existed. Took him maybe 15 mins to complete the work and then he tested everything out to make sure it was fixed and working well. I have confidence that our issue was resolved and would highly recommend this company for your plumbing problems. Overall, we had a great experience with John and Roger and they are also very reasonably priced! Thanks gentlemen!

First time using this company based off customer reviews, they did not disappoint! I was expecting them the next day and luck would have it they could fit me in same day. Roger came out explained every process step by step. He provided excellent customer service. They were transparent with their pricing that was very reasonable compared to other companies. This company is TOP TIER! Had a commercial emergency & needed a plumber ASAP. Made the call to these guys & just as soon as the AI Assistant took my information my phone was ringing and they were ready! Dropped everything to come and help! Roger, the sewer specialist was OUTSTANDING. What shouldve been an hour job ended up taking his WHOLE day and never once did he waiver. He worked & worked until it was really fixed. Not just a bandaid fix. He was so incredibly nice & explained everything and showed me all the issues and how he fixed it and we even stayed a little longer and just visited. He was incredible. A true gem in this company! The owner called me later to follow up and guess what? JUST AS AWESOME! This is a group of hard working, no bullshit, people who do honest and top notch work. I can not thank them enough & now I have a new phone company on SPEED DIAL! I can't say enough good things about these guys. Truly thankful to the woman who recommended them to me.

Wow! McG Krush are one of the best plumbing services I’ve ever used. Very personable and professional. They are timely and do a fantastic job. We had a broken water heater and they put in a temporary fix quickly to allow us to use hot water from a second water heater and then came back after a few days to put in a tankless water heater. The owner himself did the job along with Roger and 2 additional helpers. They made sure to protect my hardwood and cleaned up nicely. Thanks for the Excellent work!

On Wednesday night, I found my water heater was leaking. I immediately called an emergency company that offer same day service. Although they scheduled me in for the night, they never showed up. The next day, I had two more companies come out and quote me $3k for a full replacement. After seeing many positive reviews on Facebook, we tried one more time to get this replacement quoted with McG Krush, and man are we lucky we did. Chase and Roger came to check the unit and what's to be done. He immediately told me the price, what needs to be done and how long it would take.

The crew was Alex and Justin and they were great! Not only were they quick and professional, but quiet as well. These guys know what they're doing.

Chase and his team are very professional and prompt. Not only have they taken great care of the office I work at, but my home as well. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. They even reached out the next day to be sure we still had hot water from the repair they did to our hot water tank. They saved us from having to purchase a new one. Highly recommend!!!

With water running out of garage at 8:00 am to a new installed water heater by noon! Their people were very friendly and extremely neat (they took the old one away). They answered all of my questions with a smile on their face.

We were all so surprised that this company didn't measure up in the end. We originally used them to deal with a couple of larger issues that required tearing out walls, etc. Then, when it was time to come back to clean up a few smaller issues and repair the damaged walls, they just went radio silent on us. It's as if the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They force you to go through an AI that answers their phone, and you can't speak with a real person which is horrible, and try as hard as we did, they just flat refused to ever acknowledge requests for them to come finish the job. A year later, we finally had to have someone else repair all the torn out walls before we sold the property.
