This has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a plumbing company. They are so professional and love the tracking app so you can see where your technicians is. Herminio was my technician and let me tell you this much he went above and beyond to not only explain to me what the problem was but also show me the multiple problems I have in my main lines. We were fixing the backyard faucet after a leak, and the line broke off, causing a watery mess. We called the city to shut off the main water line. I called Robert about our situation and if they were able to come out. On the same day, he had his crew come out and fix our faucet. He did an excellent job once again! Therefore, I highly recommend Controlled Plumbing!

I happened to google this company and it was the best decision I have ever made! We had a water leak and I called for a quote. I spoke with Robert, he came out the same day, and we want the repair done as soon as possible. We scheduled the time, they came out the next day early morning, and finished within 2 hours! After contacting multiple plumbing company’s McG got back to me and confirmed they could come within the hour. Very prompt and professional. Roger came out to the house, all of our toilets and showers were backed up and leaking he located and fixed the issue within 30 minutes, then used the camera to find the culprit.
