About a month ago I asked you all for recommendations for a top-notch master plumber. Candidly, some referrals were decent... others not so great. However, almost God-sent, I just happened to have a master plumber...who is the owner of McG Krush, reach directly out to me after seeing my post on NextDoor. My post indicated that I was looking for an amazing individual who is a professional plumber.

Some of you are aware that I was formerly a licensed builder and designer for many years...in the first half of my career, having built some of the largest retail kitchen and bath showrooms in America, as well as renovating stores in numerous international airports, multiple Fortune 500 companies and more. Just say this for background perspective, I know this industry well and admit I pretty much require top shelf work and craftsmanship, or frankly, I'm not real interested. Chase Landry of McG Krush reached out to me and I'm so glad he did. Friends, this guy is top-notch at his craft and approaches the job just like a master craftsman would...as a master plumber should. Let me sum this up...we pulled a permit for our large plumbing project here and when the city building inspector showed up at our home today for inspection, he indicated the plumbing work for replacing a prv, water heater and expansion tank was literally the best work he's ever seen as an inspector. His words, folks, not mine.

Bottomline, if you are looking for top quality plumbing workmanship, combined with people of the highest character who strive with all they have to please their clients, for a very fair price point, look no further, you've found them. Chase and his team are simply amazing. The best contractors I have hired since moving to Texas eight years ago. Weeks ago I asked you all for plumbing recommendations as we are fairly new to this area. Now, this time, I can return the favor, followed many hours of research for plumbers throughout DFW, to include 4 master plumbers estimating our project. I got the best of the best in Chase Landry. I assure you, McG Krush is the only plumbing company I'll ever use as long as we reside in the DFW area. Period.

I am extremely happy with the work they did for me. They were extremely thorough and meticulous in every step of the way from diagnosing where the hidden leak was coming from, during the repairs, and cleaning up. I highly recommend this company. When I have plumbing needs in the future, I will definitely be using them.

McG Krush Plumbing was great. They came out same day to diagnose the issues and had it repaired a few days later. They have reasonable price quotes and final invoice was exactly as the quote said. I was very happy with their costumer service and quality of work. Highly recommend them.

I've been using McG Krush for years and keep coming back when I need plumbing work. They did the plumbing on a master bathroom remodel and most recently had to tunnel under the house several feet to level out a pipe that had a sag in it and caused toilet backups. I trust Chase, Roger, and the rest of the crew to do a thorough job, clean up afterwards, and charge a fair price.

McG Krush Plumbing Solutions was fantastic! We had a sink drain that was getting clogged by gunk from the ac unit condensation line. Alex was timely, knowledgeable, helpful and provided quality work and solutions. Would certainly recommend for any plumbing needs!

This is an amazing plumbing company. They are honest and trustworthy. Chase (owner) came to my home promptly on time. Ran his cameras in my old sewer lines so we could see how expired they had become. He explained how they would perform the work and answered all of my questions.
He made the statement that their company may not be the cheapest and not the most expensive but they will do the repairs correctly.
I believe that statement is true.
They did a major job of complete sewer replacement. Chase takes pride in his work. He cares about the community and people in general so his company does the best job possible. He was often on the job site helping his employees. He came several times to inspect the work in progress and after completion. He wanted to make sure all work was done correctly and that I was satisfied.
Sam —- worked inside and out. You could tell he cared about doing the best job possible.
Roger —- I cannot say enough good things about him. He has a good sense of humor but takes his work seriously. He knows what he is doing and I believe he can handle any task.
I also purchased a water heater and toilet. Chase made sure I received the top of the line and good quality at a great price.
All of the employees worked so hard everyday to make sure the work was done in a timely manner. I feel I received exceptional work at a very reasonable price.
Chase, Roger and Sam asked several times if I had any questions or had any more needs.

Roger was professional and courteous, very personable. I appreciate the prompt response to our service call for problems with our water pressure. Turned out to be 2 separate issues, one of which was a leak we didn'tknow about, that he took care of immediately. Up front costs and work was not done until we approved. Thank you to Grace and Roger!

Came out same day I called for about a leak. Unfortunately, we had other issues the city had to take care of before Erin could fix the leak. Erin was back out the next day once the city had completed their work. Highly recommend! Great communication, easy to work with, and got the job completed.

Update: we used McG again this time NYE and Chase came out within the hour. The kitchen sink was backing up and he resolved it right away just in time for our NYE party. Highly recommend.

Alex came out and was so kind, knowledgeable and professional. Kept everything very clean and left the place better than what it ever was. If you need someone dependable, trustworthy and affordable PLEASE call these folks and as for Alex.... they do Awesome work. I used them on all my projects

McG Krush Plumbing Solutions experience was absolutely 5 star service. They replaced all pipes under our slab and pipes running to street. Replaced water heater and installed new toilets. Very organized, very reliable, and very informative from the hands on owner to the very hard working crew. Highly recommended!

I had a gas leak in my home, and honestly, I was really nervous about the potential costs and what was going to happen. I highly recommend this plumbing service! They repaired a slab leak and replaced a water heater for us at a very reasonable price. They were very professional, very efficient, very courteous and when they had finished, we couldn't even tell that they had been there. Excellent service and pricing.

I have to say everyone from Roger, to Grace to Sam & Justin were completely professional, dependable, trustworthy and most of all kind! I had water leaking on Christmas morning and let Grace know that I needed help ASAP - Roger told me to turn off my main water until Sam & Justin could get there. I did just that. Sam & Justin were extremely thorough and would not leave until problem was located and solved and that's just what they did. Great work and knowledgeable skilled guys..Roger and Chase came out and found my leak under my home and gave me all my options and at that point I knew they were the ones to hire. Then Sam came out and did an excellent job repairing my leak and explained and showed me what was going on and showed me the repairs once completed and verified no more leaks. These gentlemen did an outstanding job and strongly recommend!!

They did an awesome job. They were very quick ro response to my inquiry and fast at setting up the repair date. They came by when the roads were still icy and got the job done in a couple of hours. If you're looking for plumbers they're the ones you want.
