First time using BillyGo and Andres did a great job. Very impressed with his appearance and his approach to the job was perfect. I will ask for him specifically in the future. Plumbers are not cheap but I paid for his knowledge and he certainly seemed to know what he was doing. It is worth something to keep me from having to crawl under a 68 year old house.

Wednesday the 14th Andres came with his equipment ready to determine leak or no leak in the sewer system under our house. A leak did exist. Andres explained the next project needed and presented me opportunity have a crew next day Thursday to locate leaking sections of sewer. Pricing was reasonable. He set the appointment with your home office. 100% pleased with his demeanor, good nature and timely fulfillment of job requirements. Kk-1/14/26

From the moment he arrived, he was courteous yet confident in his knowledge of the situation. I reached out to get a second opinion from yesterday's "tune-up" from another company that left us confused and questioning the process. Not only did Sebastian make us feel comfortable and explained (with pictures) what needed to be done and why, but his engagement made us desire for a longer term connection as a "member".

Christian was very nice and patient. He explained the process and made sure I understood what he was going to be doing. Ive never had this type of work done so I wasn't sure what the going prices are but for the customer service I received, I didnt mind the price. He had to wait for equipment to arrive and he was very pleasant about waiting. I am extremely satisfied with the work he provided and will definitely refer to others. Thanks Christian and God Bless!

Fantastic service. Andres was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I was told an 8pm service time and he showed up over an hour early! Will be using this team for my future plumbing needs.

They really went above and beyond to get our HVAC up and running despite our outside unit being on the roof of our second story condo. They normally don't do rooves but agreed because I had made the appointment with out realizing this. Our tech, Jordan, was knowledgeable and patient - he was apparently training another tech and was asking lots of questions to make sure the new guy was up to snuff. I didn't compare prices and theirs seemed to be at the high-end of the normal range for what needed done ($800 for replacing the contactor and the transformer that it blew when I shorted, as well as adding a fuse to protect the transformer if anything like this happened again), but a little extra $$ is worth the convenience and peace of mind dealing with a well-run outfit.

Richard and Kevin were amazing! They came out and worked so hard and diligently to repair our plumbing issues. They were friendly and professional. They helped explain everything that happened. We found new mold in the house from the plumbing issues we had, which I wasn't surprised. They tackled it like champs. Richard and Kevin spent the whole day with us from about 8 am until 8 pm to get the work done. I love that they also report and test their work when they are done. They showed us pictures of before and after, and we were able to see the horrible mess we had before. I am so grateful for these two. I have enjoyed every interaction with Billygo Plumbing and their employees. Thank you so much!

Today was the first time that I utilized this company as they were referred to me by my neighbor. I MUST ADMIT, I am rarely impressed by any company as I was this company from the minute I contacted them to request a service call. From the professionalism and conduct and knowledge of the service tech Jordan who repaired my heater. It stopped working at approximately 1:00 a.m. this morning. Jordan was extremely knowledgeable about my system and allowed me to watch and ask multiple questions which annoys many technicians. I will also let you know that I have a home warranty with American Home Shield but chose to not use them because of their lackadaisical, unprofessional, and uncaring, inability to fix anything properly or to my standards. I'm so glad I decided to use an outside company such as billyGO. They were absolutely terrific in their handling of me today during my first service call with their company. I will definitely be joining their annual plan and again I cannot tell you how impressed I was with Jordan and how this company and their notification process exceeded my expectations! Rarely, can I say this about any company that I deal with even if we have a great relationship. Thank you for the great service and allowing me to sleep and comfort tonight. 👍

I had a great experience with Sebastian. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate his attention to detail and friendly attitude. Found billyGO on Thumbtack app. All customer reviews were five stars, so I booked an appointment. Our plumbing technician was Jerry Smith and he was great. He made a thorough review and said they correct our issue today. I asked and he explained their Annual Service Agreement. I have cancelled our service agreement with Service Experts and will be using billyGO in the future. BTW, billyGO Service Agreement is $80 less than Service Experts.

Jordan did the HVAC maintenance today at our home, and he was very thorough. He took the time to review and show us what he found and what he recommended. You will not go wrong if Jordan is tech that shows up at your house. Thank you Jordan!!

Carlos was wonderful. Professional, polite & pleasant. After viewing my issues with both outside water faucets & possible busted pipe plus replacing everything necessary he wrote up an estimate explaining the low to high end cost. I appreciate that and that it was a flat rate. He worked tirelessly in the cold & cleaned up everything.
This was my first time using this company. From the start everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, very courteous & have kept me up to date on timing with my scheduled appointment.

By far the best experience I’ve had with plumbing services. Felipe and Greg showed up on time. They were extremely professional and helpful. We had multiple issues and instead of looking for ways to charge us more, they explained everything they were going to do and the process they were going to take. They also introduced us to the membership (which I highly recommend to anyone with a home that isn’t a certified plumber/electrician/HVAC technician). We went with the 5yr membership that covered not only the plumbing but all other home issues. 5yr Membership = $395 (just to snake 1 drain usually costs $300). I mentioned we had issues with the shower and the HVAC to Felipe and Greg. They immediately got on the phone with the dispatcher and had a shower technician (Andres) and an HVAC technician at our house in 30 min to check and give free estimates on repairs.

I can’t thank Felipe and Greg enough for their time, customer service, and making home ownership easier. We have been burned before, so when my wife found Billy Go, I didn’t know what to expect and was hesitant at first. But Felipe and Greg were the perfect team to win us over and make us customers for life. We automatically called both parents, siblings, and a few friends to let them know about Billy Go to make their lives easier too. And we will continue to let everyone know about the service we received. Can’t thank Felipe and Greg enough!!

I looked up Roto-Rooter and found this company representing them with a $99 service fee special. Carlos with BillyGo Plumbing was very professional, thorough, courteous and helpful with our sewer line issues. He even came inside to answer a question about the water pressure in my toilet. Incidentally, I had The City of Lewisville out here watching because we thought the issue was theirs. The city was even impressed with Carlos! I’m a Realtor and I recommend BillyGo plumbing for all your plumbing needs!

Buck was on-time, polite and provided a great maintenance experience. It was easy to schedule, convenient times and he offered me services that will help prolong our units.

Shelby did a check on the HVAC unit at a house I'd like to buy. He discovered what was wrong and provided a fair price to repair the issue which also included an annual check up on heating in the fall and cooling next spring. Whether I end up buying the house or not, I will be using Coventry & Gattis for my future HVAC repairs. They we very professional!

Gregg was friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to answer questions. He was not able to resolve our issue (turned out we need a plumber) but kindly referred us to a local plumbing company that they trust.
