Buck was very professional during his visit to include on time within stated time range, introduction, shoe covers, neat appearance and exit.
During the exit, Buck advised me that one of their check points showed a slight weaker signal than is normal but not to the point of replacement. Just keep an eye on the units and call them if we have a problem in the future. I was extremely pleased.

Buck did a fine job of servicing the unit. He explained all options available, so we could make a choice. We have been a satisfied customer of Coventry & Gattis for years.

Always enjoy when C&G come to visit. Daniel is so kind and his honest assessments for work needed or not needed is such a breath of fresh air. You don't feel like he's trying to weasel money out of you and you can sense his passion for his work and values himself and the company. Coventry & Gattis A/C service has the best technicians. Today Buc installed air cleaner onto the Carrier system they installed a year ago. He was polite and explained what he would be doing. Following the install in the attic he showed me the pictures plus the uv light. He updated me on their filter policy. It will be changed in the air cleaner at the same time as maintenance for the air conditioner and furnace. Buc is very knowledgeable plus he truly enjoys working for Coventry & Gattis.

Buck is an excellent tech. He explains HVAC issues very well, answers all questions thoroughly. Very professional and very courteous as well. Have complete trust in him as a HVAC Professional.

Coventry & Gattis is by far the best service provider we use across all our needs. We have been customers for well over 10 years And they have completely replaced the HVAC systems in both of my houses. They are fairly priced, very customer oriented and professional. We are part of their maintenance program, which includes a spring and fall systems tuneup again for a reasonable price. As part of this program, you get all preferred pricing on needed repairs and quick turnaround. Just this weekend,(high 105° outside) our upstairs AC unit Quit on us at 9:30 PM on Saturday night, they had The system repaired by noon on Sunday.. We can not say enough, good things about them and our friends who use them as well also consider them their best service provider across-the-board.

We love Coventry and Gattis! We have been using them for several years now. They are a great company. They have always taken good care of us. They have fixed our A/C unit more than once. Specifically, David Yoak does a fantastic job! Also Buck recently came out for maintenance. He did a great job as well.

Daniel arrived well within the service window, and he called me while he was on his way. I was extremely impressed with how quickly he diagnosed. The reason our thermostat had stopped working. He replaced the necessary parts, and he was finished within about 45 minutes. This company always takes care of its customers!

Gregg was incredibly nice. He efficiently fixed our broken AC. So glad he was the technician sent out. He is very knowledgeable and works methodically until everything works perfectly. Plus he's great with our dogs. His hard work makes the yearly service plan well worth it!

The issue was diagnosed pretty quickly. Unfortunately the system was 22 years old so we decided to go with replacing instead of repairing. The replacement appointment was set up for the very next day. The tech took the time to answer all of my questions as well as those my family on speaker phone had. He was patient and professional.
