We cannot give a more glowing review- BIMS attention to detail is outstanding- we had a previous company who never took our outdoor units apart and washed and cleaned them thoroughly like BIMS- Kelvin our tech who services our home is the best we have ever had - we would highly recommend their company!!

The South Main Church of Christ is happy to give an overwhelmingly positive review of B.I.M.s. Prior to reaching out to B.I.M.s for a consultation regarding our aging chiller, we had engaged with multiple contractors and an M.E.P. firm. We were attempting to determine how best to address our H.V.A.C. needs for our auditorium space. All of our discussions that had preceded our consultation with B.I.M.s had led us to believe that a complete system replacement was going to be necessary. Some estimates were exceeding $750,000. When we reached out to B.I.M.s, Grant and his team took a different approach. They recognized that the heart of our system was good, but it had a plethora of supporting equipment that was very mismatched. They put together a proposal to address those issues and to bring our system into the 21st century. I could get into the technical details but it would make this review much longer than it needs to be. B.I.M.s proposal was a fraction of the cost of what we thought we were going to have to spend. What I want to communicate is, that if you are in need of a reputable H.V.A.C company with the knowledge, skillset and integrity to meet your H.V.A.C. needs, then I highly recommend that you give B.I.M.s a call. Great response time and sent out a technician within 24 hours of a service issue. Friendly and knowledgeable. Removed 1 star because cost is higher than other individuals I have spoken to with similar issues and fixes.

Jason is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and reasonable people I’ve ever came across in the service trades industry. I will definitely use him and his company every time I have a HVAC need. I’ll send everyone I know his way when they have any HVAC issue. Top notch!

Had 2 other companies come out and quote a full system replacement, and Washburn blew them out of the water, not just in price but in honesty and transparency. I have 10 year warranty with my new system, could not be happier.

Chris was very professional and very helpful. Explained the issue (AC not cooling) and fixed the problem (replaced capacitor) quickly at a very reasonable cost.

Joe is so awesome!!! My office ac went out, he came out and fixed it within 3 hours. Then the next morning, it wasn't working again, he was here within 2 hours. The problem was a different part but he did not even charge me for the service call. Thank you Joe was your quickness and your great customer service!!!!

Tom showed up on time and masked. He repaired drain line with P-Trap and T. Helped me to get it ready to pass Inspection when house sells. He also showed me "Auto" setting on the thermostate to help with lowering my bill. I appreciated that he took his time to show me exactly what he repaired. I highly recommend Washburn Air.

I needed multiple odd jobs done around the house, as a single woman I am careful who I use. Great AC/ Heating and also wonderful doing these odd jobs, staying and coming back to ensure the jobs were complete and to my satisfactio. Patrick and Chris were especially helpful and treated my house like their own. Dog friendly being careful my dog didn't get out of the front door while they came in and out. Highly Recommend, 5 stars all the way.
