Terrible service!! I had to cancel because the equipment they were using on my lawn was tearing it up (heavy riding mower) and I asked them more than twice to discontinue its use, and though they agreed, the crews continued to use the heavy riding mower. When I cancelled, they didn't offer an apology nor did they offer to repair the areas that were damaged. Very hard to reach anyone and emails take days for a reply.

Palumbo has been taking care of our lawn for a month now and it looks great. Steve Alwin is wonderful to work with.

Met with the representative from Palumbo's ( I believe his name was Steve) on July 29th at 10 am to provide us a quote to install extensive amount of landscaping around our newly remodeled pool. He stated he would have something to me in a weeks' time. Never heard back from him.

They have full serviced my lawn for 5 years and it is the nicest looking yard in the neighborhood. Then this spring they designed and installed an awesome landscape package for my front flower beds complete with small trees, dwarf bushes and accent plants. I could not recommend anyone else more highly!

We contacted Palumbo's for a small Flower bed project for our front yard and were amazed by the inputs and insights we received during the estimates and quotes. Steve walked with us through our front and backyard and provided his inputs on how the project should be done and what will work in order to match with the stones. The quality of work has been amazing and we are very happy and amazed at how great the flowerbed and tree well looks and changed the front view of our house. Palumbo repaired a broken Schedule 20 PVC sprinkler pipe with barbed extension line, then covered it so I wouldn't see. It failed. Do not let Palumbo repair your sprinklers without visually confirming.

We had a great experience with Steve and the Palumbo Landscape Management Team. They are very professional and did fantastic work on both our landscape and irrigation system. We appreciate their quality workmanship and timelines in completing the project! We will be using them again!!!

We’ve used Palumbos for over ten years. Always prompt and attentive to our lawn and landscaping needs. The owner Steve is very knowledgeable about what will and won’t work for lawn and flower beds. He is great at helping with a design that benefits the space and our budget. We had drainage issues as well as a need for installing lighting to accent our driveway. Thanks Palumbos for making our home beautiful!!!

We’ve always had several areas of our yard where grass has struggled to grow. Palumbo’s recommended and installed Zoysia sod in those areas which has boosted the curb appeal of our yard. We were also dealing with water drainage issues during heavy rains, so they inspected our french drains and made necessary repairs which has solved the problem. They are very easy to work with and do a great job. Highly recommend if you need lawn or irrigation help.

I called Palumbo's to check my sprinkler system for leaks. They said the charge would be $150 for one technician, $190 for two technicians. They sent two techs, who spent an hour finding a single leak in one drip line. The invoice arrived for $379, nearly twice the stated amount.
Stay away from Palumbo's! They charge way too much for the value received. I noticed their website has been suspended by the service provider. Apparently they don't pay their own bills even though they overcharge their customers.
I will NEVER call Palumbo's for services again. Way too expensive!
