AVOID! Hired Blooms Landcare for a landscape installation and lawn/garden maintenance. In the course of 3 months, Blooms completely destroyed my yard. What I assumed was incompetence actually seems to be fraud. See a detailed description of Blooms practices (and my own experience) below:
1) Negligence — Despite paying over $300/month on average for lawn care, weeds have grown throughout my yard & garden, and there are bare spots of turf throughout. What am I paying for? Great question.
2) Fraud — It appears that Blooms bills for work they do not perform. Last month, I was billed nearly $100 for a “turf mowing” and I could not discern any difference at my home. Well, good reason. I checked with our guard house...then checked our security cameras. Blooms was never there.
3) Bait-and-Switch — At the end of December, Blooms issued a proposal to install new sod for approx $2,000. I accepted and we agreed to do the installation in March. I waited weeks for the work to begin last month. Then, received a “revised proposal” of $11,000 for the agreed work to be done. Seriously? That is a new approach.

Dale and the team at Bloom work hard to make sure that my landscape looks perfect all the time! We entertain often, and they are always supportive to make sure our yard looks the best. Special props to Patrick who takes great care of us!

Dale and Blooms are 100% trustworthy. They do great work and are always on time as promised. Professional friendly crews. Can handle big and small projects. Responsive. Strong recommend.

This company has damaged my 100 ft retaining wall working on my neighbors yard. They've been on my retaining wall without my permission with heavy equipment. Their Blooms tech Guy has spoken to me,my family and a realtor in a very unprofessional manner. The company failed to do any surveying.

I had an excellent experience with Blooms Landcare. Dale always gets back to me right away with any questions, advice or ideas for furture projects. They are able to take a very elaborate and beautiful project idea and tell you how to scale it down for your budget while keeping the vision you wanted. They stand by their work and are very professional.

Dale and his team from Blooms were such a pleasure from the first consult through the design and implementation process. They took our idea and made it even better than we imagined. We were out of town when they installed our front flower beds and WOW were were impressed when we arrived. I will be telling all our family and friends about Blooms!

We have made 8 major contracts with Blooms Landcare for many landscaping needs since we moved into our new home in Annetta, TX. They have quickly and efficiently handled a number of challenges on our property, i.e., ripping up old concrete borders, recreated new landscaping beds in the front, side and backyard, selecting and planting 8 huge trees that are doing very well. They have done exterior lighting and even our Christmas lights in December. Dale Jackson's crews are always professional and hard-working and do an excellent job. Their attention to detail is appreciated. We will continue to consider Blooms Landcare for any of our future landscaping needs and you should also.

We hired Bloom for a major flooding/drainage issue at our property and they came up with a great solution that has been working really well for us since installation in March. We can finally enjoy the rainy spring season without worrying about damaging our yard and foundation. Dale was great to work with and the crew that came to work at our home were all very kind and professional. Dale especially will go above and beyond for his clients and is always very responsive. Will highly recommend Bloom to family and friends and will call again for future landscaping needs.

Blooms provided landscape design and installation for us after a pool installation. After I provided the big picture idea, Dale not only fulfilled my vision, he did it in an innovative way; we have a gorgeous custom art piece that we love. Dale exceeded my expectations. The Blooms team is amazing, everyone that came to our home was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Dale and his team worked with us every step of the way to ensure our satisfaction, they take great pride in the end product. Extremely important for us were attention to detail, follow-up and timeliness, Blooms delivered on all counts. The quality of their work is outstanding and we would definitely recommend them without reservation.

My favorite part about Dale and his team is how easy they are to work with. They are professional, knowledgeable, patient and flexible! They did our landscape design, lawns, irrigation and drainage. Blooms picked up where another contractor left off so we had to do some problem solving and corrections that required a lot of attention to detail. I have been very impressed by the workmanship of everyone on their team and how responsive they are. I like to be very involved in the process and they were extremely patient in letting me collaborate on all the decisions, always explaining the options to make sure I was comfortable. Our property is challenging since it is on a sloped lot with a lots of shade and yet they were able to make it beautiful and functional!

I cannot say enough good things about Dale and his crew. They far exceeded our expectations in virtually every aspect of the job beginning with the proposal and planning. Dale spent time listening to our needs and preferences then proposed a design that has literally transformed our yard! Having had to shelter in place for the last 2 months makes us realize how important a beautiful yard is thanks to Dale and his team. He personally followed up 2 weeks later to make sure we were satisfied with all that they had done! They were meticulous, conscientious and on time, I highly recommend Bloom for your landscape needs....you will not be disappointed.

I've used Peterson's for years - they handle mowing, weed-eating, leaf removal - you name it. Dependable reliable, and they do a great job.

Gabriel has been over to our property multiple times and everytime does a great job. We had a lot of irrigation issues and he worked his butt off do a great job. Everything working great. Today AJ was with him both did great job as usual

Although we have a small yard Peterson’s treats us with as much courtesy and respect as one of their "big" clients. They respond promptly, come when scheduled, and the jog is always finished to our satisfaction. Carl Johnson in Keller

Gabriel, AJ, and Cane helped out last minute, put in an 11 hour day so we could keep moving. Awesome service, no complaints.
