I have used the services of TAC in the past when I lived in Brownsville and have continued to for years. Now that they have an office in Harlingen it makes my life much easier when my AC needs maintenance. Top notch service and support! Best of all very reasonable pricing.

I called about a month ago because my a.c. froze up. The technician can out same day. Told me that I needed a new unit after he looked at for only 5 minutes, but that he could put freon in it to get me temporarily. He said he couldn't clean the coils because they were bad an needed to be replaced. He also offered to email me a quote for a a new unit when he got back to the office. He recharged my unit and I paid an he left. The next day I did get my quote for $6700. Fast forward to yesterday and I come home to find my unit frozen. I called someone that was recommended to me for replacing the unit at a better cost. The new company came out and looked. They also left me know that I in no way needed a new unit. He cleaned the coils with no issues and checked everything else. It's running like a champ again. This company is just out for money. I wont be using them again. I'm sure the techs make commission from selling new units and that's why he was pushing it so hard. Glad I got someone else to come out before I called TAC to install a new unit.

If I could put 10 stars....I would. This company should be the go to company for anybody in the RGV that has any HVAC needs. From the initial phonecall, to the meeting of the owner that assessed the unit to the technicians that came out and did their magic....this team is resourceful, caring and experts at what they do!

Needed to have my A/c ducts cleaned as well as dryer vent cleaned. I spoke with Micaela who was very nice and quick to schedule an appt same day for a estimate. Quote was very reasonable and lower than other quotes I got so i went with them. Glad I did. They were able to start the next morning and did a great job. Definitely will be my go-to place for any future HVAC services I might need. Highly recommend 👌

My HVAC system had to be installed on different days due to having a gas furnace. They had delays with the furnace. They did do a great job getting the AC up and going. They have been very good with all of the paperwork on getting the system registered for my protection. They also offer a good maintenance plan with cleaning your system twice a year. I will give them all of my business going forward.

TAC is now my go to place for all my AC services. First, my AC stopped working on a Saturday and they sent someone out here in Harlingen to take a look at my unit. The office worked with me to get my new unit financed. Their team installed a new unit with ease and they were very thorough and worked efficiently to be done in a timely manner. The office staff is top tier service and they were so helpful with all my questions and needs. Overall a wonderful experience with TAC and would recommend them for any kind of AC service.

Tx Air Conditioning did an amazing job when our ac finally kick the buck. It was a Saturday afternoon I was able to purchase a unit that day. Installation was set for a Monday, however they came out and let us borrow two portable units so we didn’t have to fight the heat over the weekend. Day of installation all staff were very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend this entity for any type of Ac install or repairs also almost forgot to mention they had financing available and making payment was no hassle at all. Once again highly recommend this entity.

I called TAC because I was looking to replace my ac. I am very satisfied with their service. Great service, really good price and professional service. Will be calling for maintenance when needed. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I had this company come to my house to see why my ac was leaking water and they were very nice and pleasant, however; it started leaking the very next week after they “fixed it”. I just hired someone else to come and look at it and they said it didn’t even look like they cleaned our ac like they said needed to be done and he only charged me $25 instead of $700 this company charged me. Look elsewhere because they are here to take advantage you and take your money.

Josie is so amazing she was so patient and kind when I was needing information about getting a new unit. She answered all my questions she even gave me details on payment plans. Recently when I had an issue they literally came out that same day to look at my unit. Amazing company they seriously take care of their customers! I recommend them to everybody!

My name is Debra Canales, a hot flash, disabled person. So you know how important an a/c is ! What company do you know in the valley or anywhere else, that no matter if they are closed they still answer the phone to help a customer ? That’s what makes TAC such a wonderful highly recommended company. They were courteous when answering the phone before hours. They were prompt to call ahead that the tech was on its way, and they got here exactly the time they said they would and Issac the tech was extremely informative. He work very well explaining and answering our questions. They worked with me making a financial plan, they fix my AC. They did not leave until we were satisfied customers, and we are very very happy. I highly recommend Texas air conditioning. They are extremely professional, with prices you can afford ! I would not waste my time ordering from them. Ordered a PCB board for an ozone spirit mini split. They sent me the wrong pcb card. Great. Called all 3 numbers and got an initial answer and sent all information requested to get the correct card and return labels for the incorrect card. No answer after Intial contact. I am military and have an out of state number so it’s easily recognized. One last ditch effort I emailed customer support. Once again initial contact was okay. Then as soon as I send all the pictures to get the correct card nothing. They will post that this review was false or resolved.(They do this on all Negstive posts) Do research and don’t do business with them. The products are cheap and I wouldn’t have even tried to fix it if this piece of crap wasn’t already on my house. Bought a new mini-split on Walmart.com for 70$ more then the board cost me.
