Bunch of crooks, I would not recommend them to anyone,including the owner Jamie, stay away, 1300 is not a normal upcharge, screw them, find a different distributor and save your money. Js after waiting a whole month for a heating element, he gives me the wrong one and refuses to exchange it or take it back, in this country we reserve the right to review business establishments, ID be happy with a refund .

I made my mistake on July 31st when I ordered a 2 ton Mini Split from this company. One was listed for $850 and one for $950. When I asked what made up the difference they told me the one for $950 was a "smart" unit but other than that they were the same, 2 ton, 17 SEER. Communication was really poor right from the start, didn't know when it was coming, etc. When it did arrive it looked like it had been dropped out of a moving truck, the box was trashed and the unit bent in on the top. I contacted them, they told me to send photos, I did.........they did nothing. There wasn't any paperwork with it and the remote isn't for that unit.
It will turn it on and off and I can do a couple of other things with it but it's still the wrong one. Then the worst part, it's not a 17 SEER, it's an 11. My installer wasn't even going to put it in at first. I communicated this information all along the way, they asked that I send more photos, I did, they did nothing again. It's now Oct and they haven't responded since August so I guess that tells me that they intend to do nothing. It's my belief that this unit had been sold and returned, or maybe just trashed in the warehouse, in either case it's outdated. (the box the condenser was in was inside a bigger one, both trashed) They're in Texas and I'm in Arizona or I'd at least pay them a personal visit. The only reason for my rating of one is that it's as low as it goes. My advice......DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING SOMETHING, ANYTHING, FROM THIS COMPANY!

Bad customer service! Never had a problem in the last 7 years installing split systems. Yet when I want to warranty out parts they say it’s installation error. You call and put parts and units aside and show up and give you a different story. I would not recommend anyone dealing with these people!

Came to buy a mini split system here and nothing but confusion. Asked how much it would be and was told $ 400.00. When all said and done it was 445.00. Also was told it would cost 50.00 to vacuum system by their techs when i was ready. I called their office twice and a person named Jaime and never received a response from anyone. I left messages on their phone and not once was i notified. Also a person took my receipt and never returned it. Would not recommend doing business with these people. Stay away if you know whats good.

Do not purchase this product. But If you like spending your money on garbage then this is the product for you. My husband made this purchase through Amazon and received the package at the end of March. We had to wait a month before installing because we had to insulate the space. We was finally able to install the unit, but it does not work. We even had someone come out in hopes of getting it to work. I’ve attempted to make contact with company several times and left a message but no one has bothered to return my call. The phone rings and rings then goes to voicemail. I made contact with Amazon who referred me back Global HVAC for help. It irks me how so many companies are willing to take your money but unwilling to help when their products don’t work. We spent $700 on this unit and I’m extremely disappointed that it is not operational. Now I know why the return policy is only 30 days. Don’t waste your hard earned dollars at a company who does not have time for its customers. Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company.

Looks like they source their products from Mexico. I have a boiler that has warranty and can be exchanged but I have to travel to Mexico to do this exchange. Company said they can’t help me even though they sourced it.

Beware if you buy from them and your product breaks even within the warranty period they will NOT help you. Very disaapointed.

Super happy with the service! They fixed my AC, did maintenance, and even helped me with financing so I didn’t have to stress about the cost. Everything is working great now. Highly recommend these guys!
