The 2 employees were extremely professional and explained the problem fully to my understanding. “Benny heating and cooling” has done my A/C maintenance for over 10 plus years and by no doubt they have always done above and beyond in a professional setting. We recently lost pretty much everything in this past flood that happened in March. I reached out to Benny's Heating & Cooling since they had already worked on our unit before that. My AC was not cooling properly, the unit kept running all the time. Benny's Heating & Cooling came over the same day and analyzed the problem and made the necessary repairs. Now my AC works great.

Benny and his team are great at what they do! They replaced my outdoor and indoor A/C system, flushed and drained the existing copper lines, and tested for any leaks in a matter of 5 hours. These guys are passionate, efficient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

We had issues with poor airflow to the master for years. Two other companies tried to adjust the ducts and failed at improving things. A third company refused to try and adjust our ducts and insisted replacing all the ducts for about 8k was the only solution. I was a bit irate with that 3rd company and will never forget their "comfort specialist" telling me "it was an investment". Also makes me wonder why that 3rd company asked what I do for a living...

Anyway, a friend at work "knew somebody" and recommended Benny's. After calling and talking things over, Benny sent a team of two over. They worked together in unison, one in the attic and one out in the house, and they had that airflow problem resolved in under 1.5 hours. Final cost was for labor and the little material they used, and it was an EXTREME value for the price! Benny's team resolved the issue for a small fraction of the 8k alternative solution proposed by a prior company. My wife even told me the next day it was the best money we ever spent!

BTW, the team approach was important as the two techs working together seemed more efficient than the last two companies who tried and failed with only one man at the job. Benny's techs also seemed more knowledgeable than prior companies as they had more ideas ans different strategies to try to tackle the problem.

I trust Benny's because they got the job done and didn't take me for a ride. They also were not at all interested in what I did for a living and were more focused on learning about what room had the problem, which vents came off that unit, and other such relevancies to the actual problem at hand.

So, if you have AC problems, I know guy--his name is Benny!

Technician was knowledgeable. The only thing, they were supposed to sent over the proposals and never did.

We have only had excellent experiences with American A/C. They deliver great results and have excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service. They feel it’s okay to leave you without AC for 2 days and not have a representative reach out. Keep in mind this unit is 1 year old and even though parts are under warranty, they want to charge close to 2k for freon and labor for their faulty system. STAY AWAY.

I got quotes from multiple companies. Not only did American AC & heating have the most competitive prices on the market, but the customer service i received from top to bottom was phenomenal.

My service tech ,Milton, came out first thing in the morning assessed the situation and helped me through the whole financing process. Even though I'm a veteran with limited income and a not so great credit score the whole team made it happen.

I couldn't be more thankful right now at service i received and at a price I can afford. Thank you all I'm sitting comfortable in my home with lovely newborn daughter now.

10/10 will recommended and they will be my first call when I have problems with my AC.

Had issues with our ac not working and Pete Chairescame over and did an amazing job fixing it and answering all our questions! He is very knowledgeable and great customer service.

They never came back to finish the work called them several times to follow up and never returned my call. I was also left on hold for 45min and still no answer.

Milton was great, took the time to answer all my questions and fixed a problem that a previous technician (from a different company) ignored.

I Was charged over $17,000 for a brand new AC they fell through my kitchen roof , dropped the new AC units outside and now I have a water leak in my living room being caused by the condensation of the AC would not recommend this company to anyone they even persuaded my elderly mother who does not know English to put the house up as collateral for the loan. I’ve had multiple issues with the AC which is starting to add up..

I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to A/C techs, Pete, Hunter and Milton for resolving a complex issue with my A/C unit. Sales- They listened to my concerns and offered several solutions within my budget to accommodate me.
Installation- They did a quick and thorough job of installing the units and I was amazed at the exceptional quality of the completed work and clean up.
Equipment-The air handler setup is much better than my previous unit because the line filter is inside, the filter drawer has easier access and the drain line and overflow safety switch are ideally located.

This company does excellent work.

They came out to do some work in October on our fridge. It didn't work, so they have yet to still refund or $500. "We are working on it" is what we keep getting.
Shame on you for putting "America" on your business title
