Hey folks it's HOT out there and it gets HOT really quickly without your A/C working. We found out our A/C quit working at 2am. I called around for pricing and woah companies was quoting me between $2800.00 & $3600.00. That's just plain nuts. I called Jesse at Southern A/C & heating about 10am. Jesse was here within a few minutes. He checked our unit and gave me my options based on budget and circumstances. A new unit from him was $2400.00 everything included even taxes. I said put it on Jesse. Well he wss back by 1:30pm with NEW unit in the box, installed it and had it working by 4pm. Folks if you need A/C & Heating service call Southern A/C these folks will do there BEST to get you going. Oh I got 10yr warranty on my whole unit!!! Jesse thank you so much, I'm staying nice and cool now!!!

Besides calling them late in the day, Jesse showed up quick, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired within 15 minutes. He also informed me of their energy savings club and I signed up for that too. Next day they showed up and did diagnostic work to my unit, in and out. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!!

I called to get an estimate on a Hvac unit for the inside.. A salesperson came out started his evaluation, went through all the motion for appraisal of what would be needed. Went upstairs in all bedrooms and all the rooms downstairs. Went outside to see my condenser came back inside mumbled something then told me he wasn't to show about my outside unit he would have to do some research. Went to his truck came back inside and told me he didn't feel comfortable with my outside unit, he think I should go back to whomever installed the outside unit. What the heck. The outside unit is 7 months old. Why do he have to feel comfortable with my outside unit he doesn't live here. He doesn't even know if the company I brought my condenser from is still in business or alive. It is covid. Let’s see if Home Depot continues to refer this company and their feelings. Poor quality of services.

As a Real Estate Broker I see many needed repairs for AC in my business. And I have tried several different other companies all over the area and not one compares to Southern A/C! These guys are prompt, professional, and very reasonable on their pricing! They have not only helped many of clients, but have helped me at my office and my home as well. They crawled around my attic three times until they found the issue. It was 103 outside and probably 125+ in that attic. They stayed late to fix it, because they didn't want to leave my family without ac. Great value and I will never use anyone else going forward.

After spending a large amount for a completely new HVAC system, I had a problem with my AC unit. After contacting Southern AC, I was told they no longer serviced my area!!!
I found a more reliable, more honest Carrier Sales & Repair. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Very professional and respectable company. Replaced my central air unit in just a few hours. They explained everything and made sure everything was in working order before they left. I truly believe they care about all their customers and I highly recommend Southern A/C and Heating Solutions to all my friends and family.

Very honest, friendly and knowledgeable. I discovered my a/c went out when I got home from work. I was able to call for an appointment because of their late hours. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. Next day, service men came to repair on time. I had to have a part replaced the next day. I like that they gave me options as to what I could do for my a/c. I highly recommend.

Had an ac installed 2 years ago, fast install, but beware, don’t finance the unit with Southern AC and heating in Harlingen Tx, they quote a price, you sign, then today 3/15/24, I called for my payoff and the financing company they use added $10,000 extra to that price. So instead of a $6000 price quote, I’m ending up paying $16,000 for it. Said it was interest. I think this is an unfair practice in deceiving your customers. This might just be illegal, if I would have know, I would have gone with another AC company. Shame on you Southern AC and heating for not being up front with what you knew was going to happen.

Called to get HVAC system diagnosed due to not cooling and tech replaced thermostat saying that was the issue however nothing changed the original thermostat was brand new 1 year old. I had to get another company come out for proper diagnosis which was house needing roof breather vents which solved my problem. Owner Amanda did not care problem was not solved and still charged me for unneeded thermostat on top of the diagnostic fees. No integrity with this company and will not recommend to anyone they will take advantage of you and take your hard earned money even if problem is not solved. Be careful!

Our air conditioning went out today. We called Southern A/C and Jonathan was at our home within 30 minutes of calling in. He was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all of our questions. We were back cooling within the hour. We definitely recommend Southern A/C

They are amazing! Called in after hours, the woman was very kind and didn’t asked me 20 thousand questions while I’m standing in my 100 degree home, which I appreciated. The technician showed up at the exact time they mentioned they would be coming. They were super nice and explain to everything in detail. They were supposed to order the unit the next day however they made it possible to do it the same day. I recommend this company to anyone who need to or needs servicing.
