Although I am pleased with the 3 AURUS Inverter mini-splits plus brackets that I purchased, I am very disappointed that Mr Luna has yet to provide me with my receipts, warranties and two missing remote cases. Today is AUGUST 9, 2023...My units were installed JULY 14, 2023.

This was THE WORST HVAC company to deal with. I asked for a mini split unit and what I got was a NIGHTMARE! the unit starting spilling a stream of water within the1st hour then they came back and said it was fixed, but later that evening my floor was flooded with water. The "Owner" Jaime is as rude as they come. He didn't provide me a receipt and at first refused to refund my money. I had to actually go and get my money after they removed the unit and left 2 big holes in my wall and kept an additional $20 cash i paid for "electrical romex" . He kept saying he was a licensed company but in my opinion he shouldn't be. Then to top it off he DID NOT INFORM ME THAT EMPLOYEES HAD TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID (receptionist) !!! while in my home . Save yourself some time & money they will keep and find a reputable company
