Just had a guy come out and take a look at our A/C unit to figure out why it wasn’t kicking off. Very glad they were able to come out so late in the day. He took his time assessing the problem and how to fix it. He was very nice and very professional. Highly recommend if you need someone short notice!

Impressive customer service!Would highly to friends family. Recently ended a contract with American Home Shield (which was a nightmare). Repair times would be up to 2+ weeks. So, I was expecting at least a week of miserable Texas heat. Imagine my surprise to have our A/C repaired in less than 24 hours!! Only company I would trust to use again.

I had a problem with my AC unit this Morning....Benny and his team are very Professional and Prompt. They came out within minutes of my call. They fixed the problem within 30 minutes and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. Any issues I have with my AC unit I will surely contact them again. Great Job!!

Late in the evening I found out that one of my two AC units had a frozen line. I turned off the AC unit. Early the next morning I called Benny's Heat and Cooling, and being late June their service workers were busy in the field. The reception called her boss (Benny) to find out when they would be available to show up. Benny advised that he was finishing a job early and could come by within the next hour. Benny showed up within the hour and checked my AC. He found no problems with my unit other than a possible dirty filter and didn't charge me for the call out. Being very thankful for not charging me, I asked him if he could service both of my AC units when he had a chance. Within the next 3 days his service team was back. They were very professional and courteous, and gave my AC units a full checkup and cleaning at a very reasonable rate. I will be calling them next year to service my units again, this time before the hot summer season.
