Oleksandr (Alex) did an amazing job fixing my washer! He went above and beyond! I’m so thankful knowing we had a good company help out with our Samsung appliance. He found our issue and fixed everything as fast as possible. I’m extremely thankful. Will definitely book with this company again for any future business.

InFIX was able to get a technician out the same day (within 2 hours of my call) and Tarek was able to fix my dryer quickly. The service was smooth and I am back to doing my laundry! I’d recommend them.

Alex was excellent! He came within a couple hours of my original call, quickly diagnosed the problem with my oven, gave the cost of repair & warranty & ordered the part. Three days later he promptly came & repaired the oven. Alex was professional, conscientious, courteous & efficient. When we need an appliance repairman again, we will definitely call Alex & happily recommended him to others.

Rashad is a very pleasant and professional young man. He knows his stuff. He quickly assessed the problem. Gave me an estimate when here. You have to make a snap decision and pay half the costs upfront. Parts were ordered and when they came in you get to set an appointment for him to come back. He showed up in the given time and got the job done. My washer and dryer work beautifully. The dryer was under 5 years and washer was close to 9 years old. I’m not going to lie, repairing appliances isn’t cheap but it was worth it to have them working again instead of replacing them. They were both broken due to mistakes in their operation, too heavy of a load in dryer and pillow coming apart in washer.

please do not use these people. i saw their high review rating and decided to hire them to repair my samsung front-loading washer. their technician came over and quoted me $373.46 to fix my washer. he said i had to pay half upfront and the other half after the repair was finished. he said he had to go get the part and would be back the next day.

he comes to my house the next day but doesn't call or knock at my door. he waits outside looking over his equipment for about 15 minutes and then decides to drive away. i go outside to catch him and ask where he is going. he tells me he thought i wasn't home, so he was going to leave(and probably charge extra). i asked why he didn't call or even try knocking at my door. he just smiles, ignores my question, and says "ok i fix now?"

he said it would take about 1 hour to fix everything. 2.5 hours later he says he is finished and said "may i use your restroom?" i of course said no problem and showed him where it was. when i went to check on him because he was taking so long, i noticed that he was using my restroom to clean his equipment. that to me seems pretty unprofessional. he made a huge mess and left.

when i used my washer for the first time after the repair, it started shaking wildly during the spin cycle. it had never done this before. when i heard a few popping sounds, i turned it off immediately and saw that some plastic pieces had broken off from the inside. i called ultrafix to tell them about the issue. they sent over another technician the next day. i tell this technician what happened. he doesn't even open up my washer to check on the problem. he just looks at it from the outside and tells me that it is going to be a minimum $650+ to fix it. i told him i already paid $373.46 and that they need to fix my washer. he laughs and says "ok then you have to pay me $75 for just coming out here and i will leave." i ask him "you want me to pay almost 1000 dollars to repair my washer that is $700 brand new?" he laughs again and demands that i pay $75 for his time. i told him to leave my house and called ultrafix again. they kept telling me that they will call me back but they never did.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. felt like a scam.

Ali has been awesome. Helped with both my fridge/freezer and dishwasher and was able to figure out issues with both appliances in the first appointment. Was super nice, personable yet professional, honest, and worked quick and efficiently. Would recommend him to everyone. Thanks again Ali!

Rashad and his assistant did an excellent job in repairing my washer. Parts had been ordered, they were very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and courteous if the surroundings in my home. I strongly recommend Ultrafix! If needed, I will use them again!

My Dad's washer wouldn't spin, so we called UltraFix. Artem arrived at his house on the same day! He found the problem and parts were ordered. It was the weekend, so I didn't expect such great service! Parts came in within a day, and we were back to doing laundry on Monday. This is the 2nd time we have called UltraFix, the prior call being for the dryer. Both times we were greeted with knowledgeable technicians, and fast service. Artem was professional and polite, and made sure my Dad had a working appliance in quick time. I will definitely use UltraFix again, and ask for Artem!

I called for service and got a same day appointment ! Rick arrived promptly, polite and very helpful. Diagnosed the problem with my dishwasher and helped me to compare the cost of repair versus replacement. Replacement won and he cheerfully took the minimum payment for a visit and went on his way; could not have been better.

Emil did a fantastic job. Can’t believe they answered the phone at 3:30pm Saturday after New Years. He arrived within the hour and found my dryer heat element to be shot. My Samsung dryer parts obsolete yet he had them on his truck and completed the job within 20 minutes. Just wow! 🤩 Great customer service. Five stars isn’t enough for this great appliance repairs company. Don’t hesitate to call UltraFix for your appliance repairs needs.

The tech was very nice. That’s about it for the positive.

Young kid, bit of a language barrier so communicating was hard.

Told me the control board needed to be replaced on my double oven. Told me it’s too heavy to pull out to replace it, and told me to buy a new one through Home Depot and have them install it.

Told me a new board would be around 6-700 and they would only repair it if I pull out the oven myself? (Also a 30 second search told me I can get that board for 200 bucks.)

Then he charges me 99 bucks for the 10 min visit.

The definition of a one star job.

This is the type of company that wants easy quick jobs for quick money and passes off laborious work to box stores. Skip them. I guarantee their reviews are fake.

The technician was very thorough. He diagnosed the problem with my free standing ice maker and corrected it. He made sure the appliance produced ice, then he offered an additional service to steam clean the inside. He showed me a photo of how dirty the ice cavity was so I was happy to add the cleaning to the repair. After completing the cleaning, he tested the appliance again to insure everything was working properly. I was extremely impressed with his commitment to insure that things were working as they should.

The technicion, Almaz arrived at my tesidence less than an hour after I called for someone to fix my clothes dryer. He assesed the problem right away. Heating element. Explained everything he did and had it fixed within a half hour Awesome job.

Elshad did a great job fixing our washing machine. He was very friendly and informative and answered all of our questions. Most importantly he correctly diagnosed the issue, ordered the right parts, and fixed it so that we’re able to do our laundry again.

Ultrafix has a very convenient scheduling app, which makes setting up an appointment easy. Their text system informs you when the technician is on the way, and they send over invoices and receipts immediately upon payment, which is nice. All in all a great experience!

Fast service, quick diagnosis. Fridge died suddenly, and this new mom was very worried about getting it fixed so that our breast milk stash wouldn't be compromised. We decided to just buy a new fridge instead of repair (26 year old unit), but Ruslan's insights we key for us to make a decision. Thank you!

Al arrived on time at the earliest time quoted. I arrived just a few minutes before that time to be available to pay for the work done. There was a mix up with our tenants not being on site as expected. Al was courteous and helpful while I made calls to get the tenants to come and let us in. Once the tenant arrived, Al got straight to work and identified the problem with the refrigerator. He had it fixed in about 15 minutes. I definately will recommend Al to anyone needing appliance repair. Thank you Al.

An honorable company - I inadvertently overpaid my bill by $100 and received a text stating that and a check was mailed to me. Wow. And, Paul repaired our Wolf oven. Took 2 visits and 2 parts a week before Xmas and right after New Years but we're happy and our oven is working great. Thank you.
