I've had an unfortunate experience with this company. Have had to have them come out 3 times to fix my fridge. The repair guy is nice but I had horrible customer service on the phone. Not sure how many people work at the office but it certainly isn't enough.

I had a wonderful experience with AMP Repair Houston. They replaced the compressor in my LG Refrig which required an initial review and then a return trip to install. Great customer responses and great people to work with.

Absolutely the finest experience with an appliance repairman. Friendly, knowledgeable, and exhibits extreme care for customer’s property. Provided detailed description of his actions to resolve issue and also provided a better solution for dryer vent placement. Genuinely cares about delivering the best experience. Clearly AMP must be in Top 10.

Brenda in the office was kind and easy to work with the day of my service they had a system failure and could not take CC payments so we agreed when the ordered parts came in I would pay cash, I had a 10-2 appt and I was notified at 2:30 the tech was late and i wasn't home and had to reschedule. after numerous calls voicemails and a request for appt I was finally called back to make an appt collect the service fee and then they cancelled my appt and service without completing the services!!! VERY SHADYYYYYYYY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Our 4 year old LG refrigerator was not cooling and there was a mix-up in scheduling technician from the place where we bought the appliance and the appliance manufacturer. I made an SOS call to AMP Repair just before the long weekend. Brenda was empathetic to our situation and went out of her way to schedule a technician visit the following morning. John, the technician was professional, knowledgeable and on time. He diagnosed the problem area, called the OEM for spare parts, scheduled an appointment with us for the repair work and completed the job on time. They did all this on trust basis without any paper work upfront. The appliance seems to be working fine now and many thanks to AMP for their superior services. I will definitely approach AMP for any future appliance repair work.

I can not say enough about AMP Repair. John came out to fix our dishwasher and he was just awesome. He had to come out twice because he had to order a part first. He was so professional, polite and answered all my questions. He was on time and did a great job. Would definitely recommend them to everyone for any and all appliance repair's. We are a concert venue and restaurant and we’ve known AMP for quite a while. Most repairs have been fairly straightforward and they have always more than delivered. It wasn’t until this past week that I really learned how great they were. We had a really difficult ice machine problem. It was tough to diagnose. Hard to find parts. I was ready to give up, bite the bullet and buy a new one. AMP hung in there and the machine is now good as new and the price was more than fair. Now one could argue that a repair company would always try to keep you on the hook fighting with an expensive problem when the better route would be to replace so they can rack up the hourly charges. Not these guys. On two separate other occasions they told me, “This is gonna cost you too much to repair. You will be wasting your money.” Extreme expertise and honesty at the same time? That’s hard to find. AMP fits that bill.

I had a residential fridge in a Motorhome and The team came out to Storage location to perform the assessment and repair.

They were very helpful in figuring out how to pull the fridge so they could access the rear panel.

They were very careful and took their time in removing the fridge carefully from the stored position in the slide.

They are willing to repair residential refrigerators in RVs when a lot of repairman won’t. I will use them again at both home and my motor home when I have appliance issues.

Saloman and his team are very good at what they do! They can fix any and all appliances. I have a rental business and I use their services for all appliance needs. So far they have fixed my refrigerator, washer and dishwasher. I trust their business and will continue to use their services. Try them out I’m sure they will exceed your expectations!

This company did a great job repairing my subzero wine cooler. Came out first time to repair and it didn’t hold but was fair about a refund and let me know how to fix it the right way so I had him come out and repair it with the new parts. Works great. Having him clean other appliances now that I know he does a great job. Highly recommend!

I had set up an appointment like a week ago and stated the technician would come out on Saturday. No call, no email until early this week. Received an email for a rescheduled and received another text stating that the technician won't come.

Called to repair a dryer by OneGuard home warranty. First technician stated the heater element was bad and ordered a new one. Once that arrived a second technician arrived to install it but would not install it because “ the dryer was not receiving sufficient voltage” and asked OneGuard to then send an electrician, but left the parts behind.

Rather than waiting another week+ for this to play out, I decided to install the parts that were left behind myself. After disassembling the entire dryer, I discovered that the high limit thermostat WAS COMPLETELY UNPLUGGED. At this point I’m furious because we’ve been without a dryer for 9 days.

So I installed the heating element, high limit thermostat and thermistor parts that were left by Rapid Appliance Repair, and sure enough, the dryer is now working.

Service was dishonest at best.
