Marco was such a big help! I called a few different places and he was the only maintenance worker that would even consider trying to help me over the phone first. He gave me some quick tips in trying to get my Washer to work. Even though all those failed, he was quick to even order a possible part needed for the job. Once he came by ended up being a broken wire. Such an easy fix and professional worker. Will definitely call him out again in the future if I need it.

I don’t know how much to thank Marco. I called to ask for a specific part, thinking that was the issue with my dishwasher. Marco instead told me to go home, and try something out, and see if it would work. And sure enough, it worked like a charm. He saved me so much money and was just so nice and willing to help. He is the best.

I used to like them...but my LG frig compressor went out in July of 2024 and he never bothered to check if the part was under warranty, which it was. LG had extended the warranty to 10 yrs on most frig's back in 2018 after numerous consumer complaints. He knew LG had problems, he told me about it last year! Can't trust him now. Won't ever use them again. Beware!

Marco was referred to me and I'm very glad we chose him to help with my mother in law's dryer issue. He came out the same day we called him and was willing to come late to work with my MILs schedule. He came out the same day and brought his wife with him and had a great sense of humor which my MIL enjoyed. He checked everything and was able to diagnose the issue (that night) as being an issue that was the responsibility of the apartment complex. He went as far as offering to talk to the apartment complex to explain the issue to them and followed up with my MIL to make sure all was well after complex maintenance came out. As someone who spent 10 years in property management and have dealt with many contractors, I was VERY impressed with his service and he was VERY reasonably priced!!
