Felix is great. He always finds the issue and gets it fixed right. Fast and easy. My dryer needed new front rollers and he had the parts so no need to wait for parts to come in. Very convenient and close to home so he can come same day!

My refrigerator was repaired the same day I called; so I didn't have to discard any spoiled food. The repairman also returned to address another minor problem the next day, at no extra charge.

I was ready to replace my refrigerator and they came in VERY quickly and repaired it for MUCH less than I was expecting to pay. They treated us right in a time when many contractors in the area were taking advantage of people impacted by the flooding in the area. I would highly recommend AJ's Appliance!!

Called because we had a washing machine problem and he came the same day and fixed the issue in UNDER 30 minutes and then explained to us what was wrong with our machine. We are now able to wash our clothes without any problems

KUDOS TO AJ's Appliance. Our dryer has been out for 4 days. Instead of waiting on the home warranty, we decided to pay for it ourselves. Thankfully they were able to come out on the same day and fix the problem.

AJ’s SAVES THANKSGIVING 2018!!! Marco is the best. Yesterday (4 days before Thanksgiving) my fridge quit cooling. After doing some research on my own , I kind of figured out what might be the problem. Search for a new relay start switch at Home Depot and Lowes. Got the typical answers at those stores, “We don’t carry parts” and “you wont find the parts you need in the city...try our online parts service ”. Since I needed to keep the turkey cool and being a holiday, ordering online and waiting until next week was not an option. Searched on google maps for appliance repair and found AJs. Not really paying attention to the reviews because I really didn’t have any other options and it was 6pm, I called hoping he was still open. Marco was able to confirm the diagnosis over the phone (text message pics lol) Marco even meet me at 8pm for a $20 sale. Marco is honest and will do whatever he can to help his costumers out.

We were having issues with our gas oven and fridge. I called AJ and the next day he was able to come out and solve our issues. 100% satisfied with the service received. I definitely be using him again in the future and referring him to others.

Marco with AJ's Appliance's fixed my SubZero Refrigerator. Marco is a repairman who keeps up-to-date with all the required courses for high end appliances. A neighbor introduced me to him and now how called him for my washer and my SubZero - he's now my Go To for Appliance repair. He's attentive, very responsive and can diagnose and fix a problem. Highly recommended him.

I recently callled Aj's to come repair my washer november 2nd. I described the issue. He came out, took a look and agreed a part had went bad and needed to be replaced. He has been back once since and by the looks of it (just based on my observation) ordered a wrong part and wanted to charge me. Instead of owning up to his mistake and ordering me the correct part . He has since ignored me. If i have to guess, he took a loss on his mistake. I have called eagle eye appliance repair and they will be out shortly to help resolve my problems. Beware.

Very nice guy...efficient and came out same day. Will charge a sort of steep service fee if you don't use them....second time we used them the repair would have cost more than the washer was worth so we bought a new one. Requested a service fee charge later via text...he was here to diagnose the problem for less than 5 minutes.

I was referred to Marco from another co. Appt was booked. He came in and looked at freezer and determined issue. Said I needed a new part & he would order. This was a Fri (Jan 22) and he said it would be in Mon so he could come back Mon or Tues to install. Mon & Tues, I heard nothing from him. I called Tue & he said part was not in but his son was there to pick it up. Finally he came on Thurs. Worked on freezer and in meantime, he scratched my floor. I continuously asked if he needed a blanket or towel, but he said no. Then he finally says he needs towels. It was also odd that that he was asking if I was married, if I had children and how old. Normally repairmen do not ask such questions of me. He finishes, I pay him, point out the scratched floor to which he ignores and he leaves. I clean up all the wet towels, bowls, etc he used.

Later that day, I have no ice. I call him Mon to ask if he did anything to my ice maker. He says no. I explained it has always worked and I have never had an issue until the day he was out. I ask for him to come look. He says he will come look but he has an eye infection and the medicine makes his vision blurry so he'd get back. He does not so I call again. He says it's still blurry. Then he asks for pictures. I send pics of ice maker (even though he has all the info since he had just been out). He then says it is Whirlpool's fault, because they have a faulty ice maker and I have to get it replaced. I said I still wanted him to come see it to make sure. He says he will come on Sat. and will call about the time. ***I call Whirlpool and give my model number. I ask about a defect or recall. She says they have no issues at all with that model.

On Sat I do not hear from him. I call him and he does not answer. I text him. Nothing. NO SHOW even though he said he would be there.

Sun, I call again. He finally texts me that it is Whirlpools fault and he is going to charge ANOTHER service call fee. This is shocking as he totally contradicting what he said on Fri and then he did not even care to show up on Sat as he promised. Poor poor service. I mention that I NEVER had an issue with this refrigerator until the freezer problem and NEVER an issue with the ice maker, until he came out. Then I said and you scratched my floor while you were here. He quickly snapped "You're refrigerator scratched your floor!" I have to say that is the most childish thing I have heard. (The scratch is about 8 inches from the refrigerator and it was because he failed to use a towel or blanket.
Save your money and hire a true professional honest repairman. I am happy to say I have a professional coming next week to fix the problem he created.
By the way, when I told him I was writing a review, he said he would write a bad review about me. It is frustrating when someone causes a problem and they take no responsibility for what they have done. Poor service, poor communication.

AJ's appliance is the only company I allow to service/repair my appliances. I have been in my home for 13 years and around 6 years everything in new homes start to break down. I called AJ's Appliance repair to fix my refrigerator, ice maker, oven, washer and dryer, and the quality, time and cost efficiency is what kept me coming back again and again. Thanks to AJ's Appliance I will repair my appliances instead of buying new appliances, which saves me time and money. The customer service is outstanding, I have referred several friends and family and they also became devoted customers. You will never feel ripped off or taken for a ride because they welcome you to look up the prices of parts, which shows a lot of integrity and character. AJ's Appliance is a great company! I called and he came out to my house the same day. My washer was down and he explained to me all that was needed. He ordered the parts and came back the following day to fix the issue at a resonable price. I will refer AJ's Appliance to friends and family.

I called in the morning with a broken dryer and he made it out that same day, working around my schedule and even going out of his way to go get the parts I needed and come back after what I would consider normal working hours. I paid what I feel was a very reasonable price. Great service and I would use him again.
