They were great! Donovan was on time, and very friend and polite. He did a full inspection of our dishwasher and ordered the necessary parts. After doing some research on our machine, he was able to help us save hundreds of dollars. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to everyone. Completely satisfied!!!

I can’t say enough about these guys. From the very first phone call to Caricia they were excellent. I could tell right away she knew exactly what she was talking about and that gave me enough confidence to call them out. I was not disappointed. Oswaldo came to our house and once again it was obvious he was competent and just as knowledgeable. They walked me through the warranty process with my manufacturer and ordered my compressor. As soon as it came in he installed and my refrigerator was up and running within an hour or so. We had ice this morning. Great company!

When I called on July 6, 2022, it was answered almost immediately. The representative was friendly and eager to assist with my issues. I appreciate her honesty and concerns. Response was immediate and the technician, Edgar was at my home to repair my refrigerator promptly next morning. He was very polite, friendly, cordial, and an expert in his field. There were no delays and he explained everything thoroughly what he was going to do. It was a very satisfactory and pleasant experience and fee was fair and reasonable. I will definitely use him again for any future appliance repairs. I highly recommend S.D.A.H. for any appliance repairs. Thank you for caring about our needs.

Jay was phenomenal! My mom promised him we’d leave a review & I am keeping my promise. An hour after we called Same Day Appliance (Houston), Jay arrived in within an hour. He was friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Followed CDC guidelines & walked me through everything he was doing. He definitely knows what he’s doing & his confidence in himself and his work displays just that. I’m glad I found Same Day Appliance repair in. the Houston area;the work was done quickly & efficiently. Thanks again!

My 30 plus year old washer quit working on a Saturday. Felix came out that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the part on Monday and finished the repair on Tuesday. This is the 2nd time I’ve used this company and have had a good experience both times.

Great service. Called In the morning, technician came in the afternoon and fixed it. Both the customer services and the technician are friendly and professional. My washer is back to running again.

Pretty disappointed in my experience with this company. "Same day" is a joke. I requested service for my refrigerator on Sunday evening and was not surprised to hear it would have to be Monday before they could come out. So they came on Monday and said it was the control board, which they had to order and they told me it would be here Tuesday or Wednesday. I had to go to work on Tuesday, and they called me around lunch time asking if they could come in 30 minutes, which I could not. So they said they'd have to come Wednesday (4-6pm). They showed up at 6:25 and installed the new control board. My fridge STILL didn't work. So I called back and they said it was working when he left (it wasn't). They said they'd come back 9-11am Thursday to replace the fans. 11am came and I got a call apologizing and saying he was en route and would be here in 45 minutes to an hour. An hour and fifteen went by so I called back. This time they said he's 20-25 minutes away (that was at 12:15pm). At 1:15pm I called back because he was STILL not here, so they called to check on him again. 10 minutes later he shows up, replaced the fan and tries to convince me it's working now. Nearly 18 hours later, it's finally cool, but we are $550 in the hole to them + $90 of dry ice + $180 mini fridge trying to keep all our food going to waste.

Refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling suddenly. We called Same Day and indeed our fridge was repaired that day Same Day Dispatch was very pleasant and kept me posted on arrival time of tech and even worked with LG (the manufacturer) to confirm remaining warranty term. Sam was the tech and he did a superb job while I was doing legal work via Zoom. I heartily recommend Same Day.

Super friendly people! Was in a pinch and they helped me troubleshoot over the phone! Was able to fix the issue and really appreciated their support and willingness to help.

Having to wait 7 days to get very basic parts in to fix my washer and dryer is crazy. I’ve never had a business take this long to fix something for me. There are several part stores around Houston that have what is necessary to fix so to tell me it’s taking 5 business to ship in parts is complete b.s will not be using this service again or recommending it to others. On top of all of this it took 8 days for them to come out and “fix it”. The guy said what he replaced and that is was working. Come to find out the dryer is still not getting hot. And instead of immediately coming out to fix it I have to wait an extra day. Also their description says they are BBB credited which is false. Which is illegal and needs to be changed. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS

Washing machine water lines/valves were clogged up with debris after freeze. Tech immediately assessed and fixed problem. Staff were nice and very responsive to our immediate need of repair.

Guess work and limited troubleshooting skills. No real solution provided. Initially was told everything checked out fine during diagnostic mode. I asked could unit be ran in normal operation so that tech could see issue. Once tech saw issue, the supervisor was contacted. No definite explanation provided.

They did an excellent job on fixing this little refrigerator i found at work… The beautiful lady at the front was also very responsive and professional and she also made sure that the refrigerator was up and running before I left……I would most definitely recommend checking with these folks on getting your appliances fixed. 10/10 A+

Where do I start with this company. The Customer Service Rep who answer the phone is extremely rude and aggressive. She literally harassed me by continued to text my phone after asking repeatly to stop texting me. She is very very unprofessional! I am a single mother of 3 and just wanted a simple my oven repaired. The technician did NOT do a diagnostics at all. He literally looked at my oven and notice the lights was not on and stated it was the computer. I never heard anything back from the company. They took the service fee and I had to continue to contact them for an update that I still have yet to receive. I was supposed to received a call on Monday and no one has reached out to me. I had to reach out to them. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!

Got a quote for a new oven door glass that was over 800 dollars when a new stove is about the same price why even quote the glass at that point

Could have told me over the phone that the glass repair was more and didn’t even need to send technician out to “diagnose the glass being broken” got ripped off 80 bucks

Absolutely excellent! I had previously had another company attempt to fix my double ovens and they ended up ghosting me in the end, leaving me without working ovens! The communication, courtesy, and timeliness of same day was so wonderful. 10/10 recommend

Very responsive on the fridge fix needs. Felix did a thorough job and took care of things quickly
