I received service the same day I called for my repair, the technician/owner was professional and friendly, my washer works like new, and the service was fast and efficient. I have a Kitchen Aide Icemaker and had called Sears to fix it. After 3 months and 6 visits and replacing 2 parts that were not needed to be replaced I said enough is enough! I decided to called AJ's Appliance Service and Repair and Marco came over and diagnosed the problem immediately and said it was the drain pump that was the problem. He ordered the new part and my icemaker finally worked after 3 months of frustration with Sears who I will never use again. AJ's Appliance Service and Repair are now the ones I will call for my future appliance repair needs! Thank you Mark you did a great job.

I recommend AJ Appliance for any appliance repair you may need. My dryer was making a really loud noise every time we used it and finally I decided to get it checked out. Marc arrived the next day and found the issue right away! He replaced an old part and ever since my dryer is as good as new. A few months later my microwave wasn't working properly so I called him again and am very pleased with the outcome.

Marco came on time and assessed and fixed my washing machine quickly. I had some questions about helping other appliances work efficiently and he took the time to help with those questions as well. I recommend using AJ's for your appliance repairs.

I was referred to Marco @ AJ's Appliance Service Company. My icemaker stopped working & I called him. He answered the phone right away, asked a couple of questions, gave me an estimate & had to order the part. We set the appointment & he was on time & done in 35 minutes. Super nice man too. The cost exactly matched his estimate. I highly recommend Marco from AJ's Appliance Service Company. He repairs all appliances.

Customer Service was excellent. Called AJ'S to ask if they could help us with an "antique" oven that we have had for 20 years, when it finally decided to go out. Service Rep Marc, took the time to listen to our problem, provided same day service, and even worked around our schedule to come out and look at the problem. He ordered the parts, came back and completed the repair in a timely manner. Fee's were very reasonable, and would definitely call them again. Would we recommend AJ"S - definitely yes!

Mingo was the technician that came out to repair my washer. I was so impressed by this business. Everyone was very professional from the time I called to make the appointment until the job was completed.

Mingo arrived at the time he said he would and explained what was wrong and gave me money saving options that I don’t think he needed to do. I He was so pleasant, even cleaned up behind the washer! He seems to really enjoy his work and it was a pleasure dealing with him.

I called companies recommended on nextdoor first, but this company had higher reviews and that’s why I went with them. I’m so glad I did!

My dryer would not start on Sunday. I called Marco on Monday morning and he came to check out the dryer around 2:30. It didn't take him long to figure out there was a short in the main control board, he removed it and showed me a dark spot where the surge had occurred. He ordered a new control panel and returned today to install it and had my dryer up and running by 2:00. I was very pleased with his work and highly recommend him.

I can't say enough great things about Marco!! First, he's always quick to get me into a time slot generally the same day or next day at the latest. Marco has ALWAYS arrived during the time slot given. He works quickly to assess your problem and make the necessary repairs. He treats each customer as if you're his only one always referring to you in a respectful manner. He's pleasant and easy-going. He's been out to my home 3 times. Once to repair the "boot" of my Whirlpool front loading washing machine. He just recently came out to repair m Whirlpool side by side fridge. The fridge was intermittent cooling. During the first visit he cleaned the coils and replaced a part (don't recall exact part). I still had problems with the fridge. Marco came back out to look at it and replace thermostat, free of charge. I did not expect this but Marco is so thorough and cares so much about doing a great job that he felt guilty for not repairing my problem the first time. He also told me to follow up with him in a few days to check the status of my fridge. Marco is never going to repair something that doesn't need fixed. You honestly aren't going to find a better repair man than Marco. Highly highly recommend!!

We were very pleased with the prices and quality service. They replaced our ice maker, repaired a spring in the door, fixed a frozen drain pipe and installed a new heating element in it all for about $350. Repairman Marco stayed late on a Friday evening to finish the job so we'd have a working fridge for the weekend.

I called and he was there the next day to fix my dishwasher. He was punctual , polite and his prices are fair. He didn't try to replace a part just to increase the bill (I wouldn't have known the difference if he had ). He was able to fix the dishwasher drain in 30 minutes without replacing any parts. I would definitely recommend using him if you need an appliance repaired !

Marco was great! I called him today and told him I had a problem with my front load washer. It is shaking a lot and wasn't sure of the issue. They were purchased slightly used so wasn't sure if I just got sold something that needed repair. He explained for me to take a photo and send it to him which I did. Once he saw the photos he was able to diagnose using them and it was something simple I could do with no reason for him to come and charge me a fee. Honest, straight forward and definitely use him and pass his name on to people that are in need of appliance assistance. Hard to find good honest people glad I found him. 6 start customer service,!!!

Marco helped us fix our dishwasher back in 2018 and he also fixed our ice maker that stopped working. He's very professional and always does a great job. I will definitely be calling him again.

We had a great experience with Marco fixing our refrigerator. We called late, but he came out to assess our issue. He provided friendly, professional service at reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again!

About two weeks ago around 7pm I noticed that my refrigerator stopped cooling so I went onto google and found AJ's Appliance. Marco was the on that answered my call and to my surprised he was willing to take a look at it that same day. He came by and diagnosed my LG refrigerator, and luckily he had the part on hand. He was very professional, and to me the price was reasonable. He also gave me a 1yr warranty on the part. It's been two weeks and it's working perfectly. I will definitely call them in the future.

THE BEST!!!! I can not say enough about Marco... I called him after another appliance repair man had been trying to repair my washer for a week - just replacing part after part. Marco answered my call looked at my washer ordered a part and DONE - it was fixed!! I had another appliance man who literally spent a week coming back day after day putting in new parts. Marco is the BEST ever - I highly recommend him - obviously a lot of our appliances now are more computerized and appliance service people need to be up-to-date on these issues and Marco is just that - he is up-to-date on a great diagnostician. Additionally he is very Personable, friendly, trustworthy, reliable. I very highly recommend him for all types of Appliance repair.
