Nobody wants to have your ice maker in your refrigerator go out but, when it does, you want someone who is knowledgeable, well prepared and on time. I could have gone with the manufacturer but Ayan made me feel confident that not only did he know what was wrong but, he was fully capable of fixing the problem. We have used this company twice now, and Ayan is very knowledgeable and quick to respond, asses and fix! Both service calls (one oven, one microwave) were responded to within a day, and my husband and I have been thankful for his professional assistance. When he turned the microwave on, he could tell within a matter of seconds what the problem was, had our microwave disassembled in no more than a few minutes, and was leaving within an hour of arriving - that’s how efficient he is. An added bonus was that he had the replacement part in his van’s stock. We definitely recommend Ayan and Ultimate Appliance Repair!

Great experience with this company! The technician, John, is a super nice guy. He was professional and very knowledgeable. He had my washing machine up and running in no time.

Set up 8am-12noon appointment over a week ago. Called to confirm at10:45am on date scheduled. Told that tech was running late, but they’d call back with information. Never called back. I called again at 12:15 and same person said the tech was running several hours late and she’d been too busy to call me with the update. Said she’d reschedule, but it would be another week. Guess they’re so busy they don’t have to keep their commitments to their customers. My suggestion is to find a company that values your business and respects your time.
