Working with this company was an absolute nightmare. We used them for a dishwasher repair service to replace a sump pump. After waiting several days for a replacement part the technician came to do the installation. He took out the dishwasher, disconnected the hot water hose and started taking things apart to do the repair, only to realize that the replacement part was visibly broken. Why he didn't check the part before coming out and disassembling things is beyond me. He said he had to order a new replacement part and then left shortly thereafter. 30 minutes later I noticed steam rising from under my cabinets. The hot water hose was disconnected from the dishwasher and shooting boiling hot water out into my kitchen, meanwhile my kids were standing nearby with bare feet. Within seconds my kitchen floor was covered in piping hot water, which ran into an adjacent room with hardwoods. The amount of water coming out was like a garden hose at full blast, but it was in my kitchen and it was very hot.

Thankfully my husband was home and able to quickly react and cut the main water supply to the house, thereby cutting all water flow through the house. I called back to ask them to fix it and please send a new technician but they sent the same technician. The technician denied responsibility (even though he disconnected the hot water hose) and said one of the valves under my sink wasn't working properly. All I can tell you is that I've lived in my house for nearly 10 years and have never encountered a water leak in my kitchen and within 30 minutes of the technician leaving my dishwasher hose was spewing hot water out onto my kitchen floor. The cabinets underneath my sink have permanent water damage. On top of it all they charged me full price. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN!!!

Very pleased with service by Tarek. He was polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He kindly helped us empty our freezer so he could diagnose what was wrong with our refrigerator. It wasn’t good news, but Tarek helped us to confirm that we needed a new refrigerator. We appreciated his help.

Paul came within the timeframe that I was given. He explained what I needed to fix my dryer and provided a price for parts and labor. He completed his work and left everything as it was when he arrived. The price was fair and I am very happy to have my dryer working again. Emil came quickly and told me exactly what was needed. He arrived the next day with parts installed them had everything cleaned up! He was polite and courteous and yes I would definitely recommend him to my friends! The pricing was very reasonable too.

I was leery after the tech came to do the evaluation. I felt he just quickly glanced and assumed what was needed. When he came back wotg the parts though, he did a FANTASTIC job. We really, truly appreciate the communication and services of this gentleman Mr. Majid! He assessed our problem, made us aware of delays in part ordering/delivery; and the holiday interruption (New Year). And quite graciously followed-up, (after being unable to reach us by phone!)! He attempted to replace part, though with the difficulty of the great age of our oven, new part did not fit in position.🙃 Fortunately, after looking for much older part online - he decided to insert the"new part" inner/connecting components into the casing of "old part" successfully, YAY! Rashad was very upfront and honest. I definitely recommend UltraFix. Unfortunately our old washer needed a new transmission but it would cost more to repair then to get a new washer. Thankyou for explaining everything so we could make an informed decision.

Mr. Tarek did an excellent job. He repaired the dryer and the washer machines. He was respectful and we really appreciate that. He tested both machines and they run properly. The washer is now running the rinse and spin cycle. Also Mr. Tarek gave us some ideas to maintain the machines running properly.

My Kenmore washer broke down, and I needed it fixed urgently. I called Ultrafix the same day, and they responded quickly. Their technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue right away, and had it repaired efficiently. I appreciate their professionalism and fast service. Highly recommended!

Almaz did a fantastic job at getting our oven back up and operating properly. He came out the same day, diagnosed the problem, and ordered the parts. He was also able to repair our microwave light and Broiler handle at the same time. He returned a few days later with all the parts needed, and everything is working perfectly. He's a good and honest man. We will use him for all of our appliance needs in the future!
