We had someone come look at our washer because it wasn't working properly the tech told us it needed new headboard so we ordered one. It came in but broken we placed an order for another one, MONTHS went by and we decided to call and ask what was going on they ended up telling us it no longer can be ordered. We asked for our money back. We paid $650.15 on 9/15/23 only got back $538.19 on 1/16/24 WHY?!?!?????? WE'VE BEEN CALLING every number possible and no can help us we sent an email no one has replied the number we were given to text the tech no longer works. This company mysteriously doesn't have claims department but you can email them which we've done and no response... Sounds like scam artists, until we get the help we need this review will stay up!!!!! I would give no stars but to write a review we to a least give one star

Excellent service! I had a problem with my refrigerator and this company responded very quickly. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and explained everything clearly before starting the repair.

The issue was diagnosed fast and fixed the same day. The price was fair and there were no hidden fees. You can tell they really care about their customers and take pride in their work.

I had a very positive experience with Sokol Appliance Repair. My technician Shagi quickly diagnosed the issue with the icemaker in my Samsung refrigerator, ordered the part on the spot, showing me the cost of the part and quoting me a reasonable cost for the replacement. Once the part came in, he installed it in no time. He was very knowledgeable, had great communication, and was respectful of me and my home.
