Mike was great! Answered our call late at night, and gave us some steps to self diagnose. When it was clear he would need to come, he gave us an appointment time and arrived on time. Prices for parts were fair (I checked part costs online) and labor was reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

Mike is very accurate in his diagnosis and necessary fixes. He helped us fixing a water leak from our fridge, and resolving issues with the ice maker. Very fast, and best customer service.

Mike came the next day, after I called him very late at night ( I was expecting a call center , and surprised it was a live person) to fix my whirlpool fridge, he is very knowledgeable about refrigerators and charged a fair price and took the time to explain the issue with my fridge. I will definitely call him if I have any problem with any appliance (he fixes other appliances besides refrigerators)

Mike was a true gem! Look no further if you need an appliance fixed. Nice person, goes the extra mile, is responsive, takes pride in his work and is extremely reasonable with prices. He feels more like a partner than a salesman and personally that’s what I’m looking for if something breaks. I called him with a freezer problem (wasn’t freezing) and instead of telling me he needed to come out and charge me a fee to assess, he told me to try a few things at home first. When that didn’t work I called him back the next day and he was able to come out same day. The job ended up being much more complicated but he gave me real options and was not afraid to tell me that if the last few things he tried didn’t work, it might be best to simply buy a new fridge. He put in the time to truly understand the problem (hours) and his fees were more than reasonable. He then told us to let him know if that wasn’t working and the next day he came back at no charge, tried one more thing and brought our fridge / freezer back to life! Thank you Mike, I will be recommending you to all friends & colleagues :)

HQ Appliance Repair services are wonderful! He has successfully repaired our washer, dryer and microwave. He is knowledgeable, professional and VERY reasonable in price.

I would definately recommend Mike to anyone needing an appliance repair. We came home from vacation and couldn't pull put the freezer drawer. He was quick and knew exactly what to do. We were impressed.

Michael did an outstanding job of repairing my refrigerator/ice maker. I especially appreciated the fact that he tried to save me money. Rather than automatically replacing the ice maker and the electric valve,he attempted to clean out the inlet valve and when none of these attempts worked,only then,did I ask him to replace the ice maker and valve. Mike provided excellent service. He arrived right on time with a text beforehand to let me know his ETA. He performed several tests on my oven and diagnosed a problem with the ignition module. I was able to order the replacement part and replace it myself, but when I had an issue with one of the wires Mike texted back with advice on how to resolve. My oven is back to working normally again! Highly recommend Mike for your appliance repair needs.

I recently had an issue with the oven of my combination micro oven appliance not heating. Mike and El thoroughly performed diagnostics to determine the cause. It was determined it was the electronics. After discussing the price to repair I agreed to have it repaired. The part had to be ordered and I was told it would be repaired by the end of the week. The next day Mike called and said he could come to change out the electronics. He and El arrived and had the oven working within 30 minutes. Mike was professional yet personal. He stuck to all committed statements and performed the repair thoroughly and professionally. As a consumer it was easy to build a trust with both Mike and El. It is without question that I highly recommend their services if I have a future appliance in need of service or repair. Last, they leave behind a clean work area as if it were their own home!! Great work Mike and El!!

First of all, Mike made it to the appointment on time (Thats gotta be rare!) He was also very communicative as the appointment time approached, and provided an ETA.

He would spend some time educating you (which as the professor I am, I appreciated that aspect) on how my fridge works, what could be a reason to the malfunction, and a few common troubleshooting tricks to use should the problem presents again in the future.

I could also grasp what are some typical issues of my fridge, the parts that are more likely to break first, their typical lifetimes, and reasons why they break. So, very knowledgeable guy overall.

In the end he also provided me with a detailed receipt which I needed to send it to my insurance company to get reimbursed. They also accept all types of payments as expected.

For reference purposes, my fridge is an LG, french doors, with double-bottom fridge. In my case, I had already bought the part in advance, so I was only charged for the labor.

If all their techs are as good as Mike is, contacting HQ should be a no-brainer for anyone looking to repair their appliances.

I had issue with my dishwasher and was so concerned how I will find someone honest and understand what they are doing so I looked up dishwasher repair on google and found mike. He was so patient and helpful when speaking to him on the phone and even gave me advice how to troubleshoot which was so kind of him. I scheduled for him to come out and he came on time and had my dishwasher running less than hour. I had given up hope on finding honest people these days but I am so glad I meet mike. He is master at his skill and I found my appliance tech for the future for family or friends!! Just an awesome person and tech!!
