Steve is very professional and is an expert at fixing appliances. He replaced my LG washing machine drum. The machine was not washing and made a funny sound. He immediately diagnosed it and explained how the machine works. Clearly knows everything about washers. He made sure the washer lines were clear and examined the washer for all is working parts. I'll call Steve for all my appliance needs in the future. He's great!

Steve was awesome! His diagnostic price was very affordable, and he was transparent about everything—he showed us the cost of the part and his labor fee upfront. Everything was very reasonable.

He even came out on New Year’s Day to check our washer. He tried fixing it on Friday, but noticed that some things hadn’t been installed correctly. Regardless, he stayed true to his word, came back, and had everything fixed by Saturday.

The igniter in my oven was weak creating a delay in igniting the propane.
