Denis was very professional, flexible with time and neat with his work. Cleaned after himself and made sure to answer all my questions and show me how everything works after he was done. I appreciate the work and scheduling was flexible to accommodate my work hours

We were assigned Yota appliance repair through an Allatate/Home Depot warranty claim for our GE washing machine. When we were first contacted and had a date scheduled. Yota called and then rescheduled the date. On the 2nd date scheduled 3pm-6pm show up time, the technician was late, he showed up at 730pm. The technician "ran some diagnostics" , didn't change any parts and said the washer was fixed. After he left we tried to run a load of laundry and the same problem occurred. We called immediately to have the technician return but I got an answering machine. Now the warranty company, Square Trade, is telling us we have to wait to file a new claim because the technician said the problem was fixed. We have been trying to our washer fixed for 2 weeks and still don't have an answer from anyone. I would avoid this company at all costs. I am hoping we can get a different company to fix our washer. I find it ironoc that some reviews that call this company Yota, they respond and say we are not Yota, however, the good reviews that reference Yota there is no response. It is also ironic that on the Yota website they reference Excel Service on the Yota website..

Washing machine was repaired by Igor who did a great job. He was very skilled and completed the job very well. My only complaint is it took 1 week from the time part was received by you to actually put the part on the machine.

Great job. Very efficient and very knowledgeable on the product line. The technician switched out the pump within 30 minutes. He also tested it before he left and we went through a whole cycle after he left and everything worked fine! I would highly recommend this company!

My washing machine water pump needed to be replaced. The work didn’t take long the technician did great. The downside was it took 2 weeks waiting on part. Took off a star simply for the time it took for part to come in until installation.

We had a problem with our clothes dryer and our Oven which wasn’t heating correctly. We contacted our home warranty company and they sent Excel Service appliance repair to take a look at them and work on fixing them. The technician was Yerbol and he was excellent! He identified the problem with the washer and fixed it. He also identified the problem with the oven and realized that he needed to replace a part that wasn’t working. He communicated with us and explained the problem. He ordered the part and scheduled a date to come back and complete the job. He came back within a week with the new part and fixed the oven and it is now working great. Throughout the process Excel was communicating with us through text and email exactly what was going to happen and the status. They were very good throughout the process and highly recommended them if you ever need any kind of appliance repair.

The service was great! It was scheduled promptly! Igor - the technician- was very knowledgeable and professional. He identified and fixed the issue very fast. Definitely recommend!

The tech, Andrew, did a good job on the repair. Machine is working perfectly now. The downside is that it took 9 days after they received the parts to come and do the repair. This would have been unacceptable if it was a more crucial appliance.

YOTA Appliance Repair was asigned from First American Home warranty to fix my washer. Very unprofessional, sent me a text that the tech could not make the assigned time from 10am-1pm. I understand there could be delays but when I called in to get an update 3 times at 1, 3 and 6 pm, they always responded that they were reaching out to the tech and would call me back within 15-20minutes and never did once. Shows how unprofessional this company is. Not to have the courtasy to call back with an update and having to lose a day at work just goes to show they don’t care about the customer only booking many jobs from warranty companies. Already reported to First American about the issue and quickly assisned a different contractor and resolved my the issue with my washer. Never doing business again with YOTA.

Amazing service! They came within a hour of my request for help on a Saturday. They diagnosed the problem with my dryer and offered to repair it immediately. I would definitely recommend them.

Dishwasher stopped working over the weekend, texted Amerijam on Sunday and he was here Monday diagnosing the issue. He quickly figured out what was going on, Ordered a part and had me up and running by the next day. Great prompt and reliable services will definitely use again for appliances needs.

Tech- Steve demonstrated competency and great knowledge of his product. He was very meticulous, patient and made sure every phase of the installation was done in the most efficient and complete way possible. He tested his work at each phase and did a final and complete test at the end of the process. Throughout the process he maintained a steady and calm demeanor and was always quick to answer any questions to put any concerns to rest. I would not hesitate to recommend Amerijam Appliance repairs to anyone.
