Just finished our second time using Houston Home Appliance Repair, this time for our dryer. As with the first time (fridge), they were fantastic from start to finish- from talking through the service we may need, scheduling, prompt appointments, fair prices, and great technicians. They are our go-to now!

I called this company and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician was extremely nice and honest about the options I had for my refrigerator repair. He informed me about a warranty and explained to me how to contact LG. I will definitely contact them again if I need anything else repaired.

I just had my first experience with Houston Home Repair. I will absolutely use them again for any need that may arise. Excellent customer service from Alex to Fernando. Top notch group! Highly recommend!!!!

Amazing service! I was about to throw away my current LG refrigerator which wasn’t even 10 years old since it wasn’t freezing or making ice. Fernando came to my home and saved the day! Excellent service and care, my refrigerator now works like new!

Fernando did an excellent job. We had a microwave that wasn't heating. When the intial problem wasn't solved he came back 2 times in 3 days to make it happen and was able to bring our microwave back to life. Highly recommend!

Fernando was a gift from G-d! My wall oven suddenly and mysteriously stopped working. I called Fernando in a panic as I had a raw meatloaf waiting for a hot oven. Fernando knew exactly what to do and was so kind and generous.

Highly recommend Houston Home Appliance Repair; Repairman was friendly and very professional and quick to diagnose my GE front load washer machine. Secondly, I called on a Sunday evening and my washer was repaired on Tuesday evening. Repairman notified me, that he was 30 minutes away from home. (Arrived as Scheduled.)

Highly recommend Houston Home Appliance Repair. I called this afternoon and Fernando was here within a couple of hours to repair our washer. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly reasonable. We will be using them again the next time we need an appliance repaired.

Highly recommend Houston Home Appliances Repair. I had a GE profile Microwave not working. When I contacted them, Fernando responded immediately. He did an initial assessment of the problem during our phone call asking me to try some troubleshooting steps. He understood the problem and came prepared to fix. He brought the replacement part and fixed the issue in less than 30 mins! There was no upselling nor did he make any false diagnosis to charge more. Service cost is reasonable. He is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I will definitely use them again, if needed.

My LG refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. The first company I called told me they wouldn't even touch LG's. Houston Home Appliance Repair showed up the same day and diagnosed a bad compressor but told me it's still under manufacturing warranty. He called LG and helped us through the whole process. They got my refrigerator going quickly. I was very impressed and fully recommend them!

I had issues with my washer as it was bumping and knocking in the spin cycle. Fernando diagnosed it immediately and replaced the suspension rods the same day! Great service!

Finally! We have found an appliance technician that says what he does and then does what he says. So refreshing. Fernando was on time, kept diagnosing the issue until he found the problem. He was professional, timely and good customer service. This is my guy for all appliance needs especially now that the Home Warranty companies are a joke. Fernando is extremely professional and fast working. I submitted a request late at night for my freezer that wasn't staying cold, and surprisingly he called and came out the very next day. He was able to diagnose it and get it fixed in less than an hour! His prices are very reasonable, and he even answered my questions about my washer and dryer while we were there. I had purchased a new dishwasher to upgrade the older model I had in my kitchen. I spoke to Fernando. He told me he could install it the same day, provided a price and time when to expect him. He arrived at my home, did an assessment and quickly uninstalled the old dishwasher. He was neat and immensely efficient. He handled the new dishwasher with care, wasted no time, and once it was fully installed he did a test run to ensure it was working properly. He cleaned up after the work was done. I highly recommend Fernando, he did an excellent job. I would definitely call on him again.
