We have used Appliances N More multiple times over the past several years and they have always been wonderful! The staff is really great, friendly, and helpful! They will hunt down a part, if they don't happen to have it in stock. So much better than these big box stores, who really don't care about making sure things are fixed and fixed properly. This is a great local small business! Thanks for always being able to take care of our service needs!

Guy came looked at my washer for 15 minutes told me he thinks it’s the shocks that I just replaced. He told me he would fix it for 320.00 and charged me a 92.00 service fee for the 15 minutes he spent in my laundry room that fee isn’t included in the repair cost. My washing machine is 478 brand new from Lowe’s or Home Depot. Don’t bother if it’s your washing machine they over charge for repairs and the service fee is a rip off.

Was looking for a quick connect on a water valve and he happen to have a used one in stock and he helped me fix it so I definitely recommend this appliance place. Very good service.

My built in wall oven was not working ( my husband had tried several times to fix it without success) so we called in the professionals. I called Appliances N More this morning 10:54 am (the day before Thanksgiving) and had a call back from Ron by 11:17am. He said he would send someone out between 12pm & 2pm and Julio called at 12:11pm to tell me he was on his way. Julio (super nice guy) looked over my oven and while he wasn't able to fix it ( we suspected as much but wanted to be sure) he told us they had a nice used one at a very reasonable price. We bought it... Julio went and got it, installed it ( it fit perfectly ) he stayed while we tested it and then hauled the old one away. All of that including the service call for less than $500 bucks! Thank you so much for everything we will certainly be recommending you to everyone we know! 😊

Over charged! Why would I pay $350 for a water valve replacement? The valve on Amazon cost less than $30. Why would I pay $85 initial service fee + $80 part+ $185 for repair labor fee???

I paid the $85 and will do the rest my self! I'm very disappointed. I could buy a new dishwasher for cheaper than their expensive repair!

I went to look at a machine the Appliances n More were advertising and the guy told me it had come from a guy who had it on scheduled maintenance, and he said he had used it himself about a week prior, and that it had been fully serviced and was ready to go. He told me detail after detail of how the unit was meticulously cared for, and that this was a real deal, running like NEW. He promised he would also deliver the full service history on it to us, and several other expensive accessories that he'd gotten with it that were quite valuable. It sounded perfect so we paid him in cash and took it home. A day later we hooked it up, and it overheats immediately and will not run. It gets so hot it could burn you! I have called the guy, who told me he was the owner and he has not returned my calls. It's been two days and I finally get a reply via text that he refuses to let me return for my money back. And not another word!!!
This was an experience of complete falsification of the facts on the mechanical maintenance on the unit. Blatant lies about it running perfectly. Very bad experience!

I had an old freezer that went out. Appliances N More repaired at a reason price. I have used them three times on different appliances . I have been very happy to give them my business because they are honest people.

I called and set up for the technician to come and evaluate our leaking freezer on our 2 door refrigerator.
He came the next day and diagnosed the problem and ordered the part.
He came back two days later and installed it. Our fridge has been working perfectly since then! We had our refrigerator checked/fixed twice before calling Appliances N More.
We were told that it was fixed; it wasn't. So this was going to be our last try before buying a replacement.
I like our fridge layout and size. I'm so glad that I called Appliances N More before throwing in the towel! :-))

We utilized the "& more" of this business and bought a fishing boat. The sale went smoothly, the boat had receipts and titles for services to bring the boat up to running condition, and Dennis was very nice during the whole process. We drove all the way from Waco and he offered to come to us if there were any issues with transferring the titles. All around a very smooth visit and transaction - would recommend.

DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THE SHADY I WAS TOLD I HAVE TO BRING THE REFRIGERATOR BACK TO THE PLACE OF BUSINESS TO HONOR THE WARRANTY THAT'S THE ONLY WAY I CAN GET IT LOOKED AT IF YOU BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE PLEASE HAVE THEM TO EXPLAIN THE WARRANTY BUT I HAVE TO BRING THE REFRIGERATOR BACK TO THE STORE FOR THEM TO LOOK AT IT EVERY TIME SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH IT

I have used this company for several years now. Mr. Ron is very friendly, knowledgeable, and is a person with the utmost integrity! I highly recommend doing business with this company.

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS STORE. They sell salvage appliances as new and like-new, which is not the condition of the appliances. They refused to honor their warranty and leave you with broken appliances that require costly repairs. This company is not honest about the condition of the appliances they sell. They are con-artists. If you value your money, take it elsewhere or you will have a garbage appliance delivered to your door with defects that are very costly.

We’ve driven by this place hundreds of times. My husband remembered it when we needed to get rid of our LG washing machine - we were having a replacement delivered that day. Instead of paying $50 to have ours hauled off, I called Appliances N More. They came by within two hours. We already had it out of the house. He loaded it up by himself and off it went. No charge. Highly recommend!

Called him at 4pm. He was at my house and done by 5, great service, very friendly, very professional. He knows what he is doing. Freezer would not freeze. Quick repair...... I will be using them for all my appliance repair. Thanks guys....

The technician that came was so friendly and helpful. He came the same day I called and charged no diagnostic fee if service was completed. Ou was VERY affordable only $180 and took less than 30 minutes top complete. He had all tools required. They take card and cash, no checks. Will use them again.
