I got a new washer through warranty program. From day one it was unbalanced, and called Frigidaire, they sent out this service. They were professional and kept us informed of tech arrival. The tech repairs née to be done, but there was an underlying cause that made it unbalanced. The problem was still there and called them to send out again. The tech was stumped at first but kept working and The service tech resolved the problem, and now I am enjoying my new washer.
Highly recommend this company.

The service and tech were amazing seamless. I would say the outsourcing of phone calls and not calling customers to schedule is a hassle. The people you call are not helpful.

Did nothing to fix the problem told me to put a shimmy of wood under freezer I’ve been paying for this warranty for years refrigerator door doesn’t close properly

Had service guy out multiple times, purchased a part that did not fix the problem. Then told my refrigerator was not repairable and I would get a refund but nothing so far. I am sure it will take a while to process so I will update my review when I receive the refund. Not sure how long it has been. There was something wrong with my refund but I finally got it 2 days ago, 5/12/25.

They are very helpful, on time and keep you in the loop on what’s going on with your repair & parts. My dishwasher was still covered under the warranty so not sure on prices but I would definitely give them a call for all your repair needs!!!

Daedra is terrible at customer service. She talks to you like you're an idiot. Train your customer service people better.

Warranty repair of our dryer. John did a great job and was extremely prompt and provided excellent communication.

The serviceman did a good job. I have a brand new GE oven that the racks cannot be pulled in or out without pulling/pushing so hard it takes the ceramic off the sides of the oven. Actually the installer should have said they were defective when the racks were added! The D3S serviceman called GE who said they would replace the unit. Now they say it is cosmetic so it won't be replaced. The GE warranty nor the 3 year warranty I purchased will not cover it. What a horrible way for a company to do business! No more GE for me. The D3S serviceman said the unit is defective, which is correct. It is not in any way his fault.

This company has always been top notch and good to work with. The repairmen are very knowledgeable.

Great customer service. I have had two separate issues, one with front loader washer and last one with new GE Profile range. Two separate techs came out and both obviously were very skilled. Had problem diagnosed in seconds and repairs made on the spot. Follow up by D3S Service both times is professional and courteous.

Austin with D3S Service came by to make some adjustments to our refrigerator door. He was on time, had the right parts and saw to our issue. He was friendly, personable and knew his stuff.

Serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and capable. He immediately identified the problem and was able to fix it in less than an hour.

Responded quickly to need for warranty repair on my Bosch dish washer. Technician assessed and repaired the problem in less than 10 minutes! Dishwasher now works great!
