They suck. Don’t use them. They have a call center in another country and half of their calls. If you schedule service, they will just change the time to whatever time accommodates them not what you set up for. On their recording it has options to schedule online and if you use that option, it will take you to a website where you fill out all of your information, but doesn’t actually let you schedule and they don’t actually return the contact. If you use the option from their recording to text with them, they don’t actually answer the text. Also, if the technician does come out, he doesn’t actually find anything wrong or see anything even if you can demonstrate the problem and just makes you feel like you’re the stupid one. if you called the office and wait and talk to someone and you actually get someone in America, she will rudely tell you that they don’t have service near your area at the time that you’re available and when you ask them if they can fix it so that you don’t have to do all of the work to call at LG and reschedule everything, they will tell you that they can’t and then hang up on you. We also used them for service before for the refrigerator and they took forever to get the parts and didn’t call to schedule when they got it and we had to call in anyway.

Quick response to the appointment request from the manufacturer, as our freezer was till under warranty. The tech was professional, proficient, knowledgeable and provided great communication. Parts had to be ordered to provide the repair suggested. I expected to be waiting weeks. They were back in less than 7 business days and had the repair done in under an hour.

I will definitely use them again if I need appliance repair services.

I have used Allen’s Appliance repair for my Samsung dryer and GE refrigerator. Both times I was able to get a repair on same day/next day. The repairmen are quick, professional, courteous, and explained everything. Pricing is fair and all parts came with a warranty. Highly satisfied with their service and would recommend!

We called Allen's Appliace for help installing our double wall oven and they came out same day! Andrew was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile. We were very happy and are appreciative that they were able to fit us in so quickly.

I just want to say Ron is the man ! I had called him and told him my washing machine was fighting my dryer I asked him if it was worth fixing he said bring it by and he will take a look He figured out the issue real quick and charged me a fair price , I’m thankful to have clean clothes again

Last year I bought a live edge slab and today I return to buy another one. They have a great selection of live edge slabs at great prices. I will return soon to select more pieces

We have used this company in the past, but today the owner must have been in a bad mood. We called Appliances N More for a service call, agreed to the price. Someone was to come out looked at the dryer (let us know what was wrong with it; go from there). Instead the owner made the decision to take the dryer to his stop (a tenant lives in the house; and all the pricing and extras Appliance N More were to call us not the tenant) to do further repairs without my permission and then wanted to charge me for the extra repair. When I called and ask why we were being charged extra and who made the decision to remove our dryer from the property? He said, "I did..." He then got really nasty. I said, I'm not trying to get out of paying what I agreed to pay, but to charge me extra because you made a decision to remove our property. The owner went on to say "Lose my number, and don't call us again." I said, really - is this what you are going to tell me because of what you decided to do and want to charge me extra for it... He then go on to say well "we will will not charge you anything, but don't ever call us for anything." I said Wow, this is how you treat paying customers who agreed to pay for a service call.... SMH and hung-up.
