Prompt and professional service. We just moved into a new house and immediately our dishwasher wasn't draining. We feared the worst thinking we'd need to get a whole new unit. Nope. Turns out when the previous owners put in the new garbage disposal they neglected to remove a plug that allowed the dishwasher to drain. He then gave us some very useful pointers on keeping our dishwasher and disposal in good running order. We are very pleased with them and will use them again if another problem comes up.

My mom's refrigerator was not working properly and they came out promptly and provider her with options. They were very professional and prompt. I would recommend this company with all confidence. You will not be disappointed!

So amazing! Alex was so attentive and followed up every step of the way and the owner came out at 7:30 pm to get our fridge working so our food would stay cold. You can’t get customer service like this anywhere! I will use them for all my appliances in the future!

Highly recommend. Oven stopped working. Called Houston Home Appliance Repair. Professional, Courteous and Well Spoken Technician arrived following day and repaired oven.

Described the problem, provided model number and suspected problem with washing machine….technician arrived within a couple hours of call with correct, compatible parts in hand and completed repair in under an hour.

Would definitely recommend others using their service, and will do so myself if ever in need.

I called Francisco after I had a repair technician come to my house and tell me that he had to order a part and then no showed for the scheduled appointment. I submitted my dryer repair request in the evening time and had a scheduled appointment for the following morning within the hour. Fernando showed up on time and ready to help. He was very curious and professional. Less than half an hour later he had my dryer working with no issues. The cost was extremely reasonable and convenient payment was available. Thank you guys!

Our 11 years old LG refrigerator was out and Fernando came on same day call of which greatly appreciate. Just one look and he know what is wrong with it and fix it immediately. He was honest and told us that the fridge compressor for these model are long lasting. He change the relay and it works great. Would recommend him to anyone who need the service. Repair cost is reasonable.

Fernando is the best. I had a problem with my drier I'd been working on for months. Fernando had the drier torn apart, fixed, and put back together within 30 minutes: and within 3 hours of me calling for an appointment. Reasonably priced as well.

Fernando came out and installed a gas dryer for us this weekend. He was very responsive via text when setting up the appointment, arrived on time and provided great customer service. He had the dryer hooked up and working quickly.

Fernando showed up within the allotted time that he said he was coming. He identified the problem, fixed it and was in and out of our house in under 2 hours so that I could carry on enjoying my Sunday. He saved our food from spoiling after my refrigerator’s compressor died. This was after the repair technician from Tomball Refrigerator repair was a no call no show. I called Fernando when it was very obvious that the other repairman had better things to do and he was fixing my appliance within 45 minutes of my phone call. Talk about fast and efficient service!
