Thank you for repairing my washing machine. The customer service was good and prompt when order was put in.

Imad was Friendly and knowledgeable, diagnosed problem and ordered parts on first trip, 2nd visit got postponed due to illness, and final scheduled visit seems to have fixed the problem. So far so good.
Would’ve given a 5-stars but start to finish the job took 20 days. Thank goodness, we could still use it for small loads during this period, otherwise we would’ve been driving to Laundromat.

Eugene with YOTA Services was fantastic. My dryer made a loud, squeaky sound, with or without clothing inside. Eugene quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and completed the repairs in short order. I highly recommend him and YOTA.

I only pay the warranty service fee to the warranty company, and they manage the rest.

Max from Excel Appliance was fantastic! He responded promptly, clearly explained the service pricing, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my Jenn Air oven. Max went the extra mile by helping me source the ignition switch and burner assembly at a better price than I could find myself. Even before the parts arrived, he was flexible enough to schedule a follow-up visit—he just asked me to give him a quick call once everything was delivered. If I ever need further repairs on my oven, Excel Appliance will be my first call

The repairmen are courteous and knowledgeable. The scheduling service is not good. Took too long to get the repair completed due to scheduling.

Excellent service! Zack was very good checking our microwave and fixing the problem. It is running like new again!

Our speed queen dryer needed some warranty work done. The heating element had to be ordered and was replaced at another visit. It was completed to our satisfaction.

My fridge is working again. No more leaks, and the freezer is making ice again. He spent extra time getting all the shelves out so I could properly clean them.

The first repair person worked on the washer which was unbalanced and wouldn’t spin. It still had the same problem so called back and they sent Alex. He came out and was very courteous and diagnosed the issue and had to order a part. A few days later he came back out and repaired with the new part. It has worked well with the last 5 loads. I had a home warranty and only paid $95.

YOTA home service was excellent. Parts and repairs were on time! Mr. Nick took care of my washer and dryer in a timely and efficient manner. Highly recommended.

Andrew S. Did an awesome job repairing my microwave, but he was not a pleasant person. He was not wearing a badge and I didn't know who he was and he gave me attitude to who he was and I was not pleased with with from them on, even when he had to come back and put in the backorder part. Booked this washing machine repair through FAHW. They were quick to respond, schedule and get the work completed quickly. We booked during the holidays and it didn't take too long for the whole process. Great job!

What a great experience! I was able to get a next day appointment to replace the drain pump on my LG washer. They didn’t have the part in stock but I was able to get the OEM part on the LG Amazon store and delivered the morning of my appointment.

Max was my repair person, very knowledgeable, very nice and VERY fast.

I have another appliance repair coming up (as soon as the back ordered part comes in) and I will definitely have Max back to do it.
