I want to update my previous review regarding Excellence Appliance Repair and Nijat. While I initially had concerns about communication and delays after my washer was diagnosed on July 29th, I’m happy to report that the issue has since been resolved.

Nijat returned and completed the repair in however he did return the next day to complete the work, this is the final update the washer is not working properly and a waste of my money and time !

My tech was right on time. Diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly and was informative about my oven and oven type reliabilities. Excellent record keeping.

Whenever there is a client that is not working this is who I call. I always receive service quickly and I'm not overcharged. Very knowledgeable and will use time and time again.

My washing machine broke yesterday, I need it functioning immediately. Roman came, diagnosed the problem, told me what happened. Asked me if I wanted to repair, I asked him to fix it. He fixed it, cleaned up, made sure it was back to working. He was early but checked to make sure he could come early, very respectful of my house and my time. The whole process took about an hour.

Our fridge was having cooling issues over Easter weekend. Lucky for us Nijat was able to come out to see what was going on. He diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered the necessary part. As soon as it arrived he called me promptly to let me know that he would be here in 30 minutes. Once he arrived he got straight to work installing the new part. Nijat provided use with excellent service. Our fridge is as good as new and cooling properly again. Thank you, Nijat!

Completely amazed we were able to get same day service for our combo microwave and oven appliance.

We had a maintenance type call where we weren’t sure if it was safe to keep operating our microwave, and Roman the technician was able to diagnose that our appliance did not yet need further repairs, at this time. But was able to confirm safe operation for the time being.

Unexpected repairs are always a pain and we are grateful we weren’t pushed into going ahead with an unnecessary repair at this time.
