Worst experience. Bottom line, he did not fix our LG dishwasher after the second time, left our hot water off At the sink, left one of the screws on the floor, a 2 inch screw mind you, that he took out of the dishwasher that kept it stable, and we were unable to close the door to the dishwasher. Had to hire a second company to come out and fix it.

Service was great from start to finish. Scheduling over phone was easy and they were available to come the next day. Technician Roman was knowledgeable and able to quickly resolve the issue. Will definitely use Excellence Appliance Repair for future needs!

Roman arrived on time, was polite and friendly, and got right to work. He anticipated what might need to be done and had a part handy to replace what was broken on my gas range. He was very careful and even cleaned up after he was done. No more gas smell and the oven ignites quickly as it should. Can easily recommend this agent and service.

They need to work on their communication and little better.Waited on a part for our microwave,they needed to keep us informed a little better. The tech however did a good job and fixed both problems efficiently.

We saw the reviews online and contacted them to schedule an appointment for our broken dishwasher. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day and the repair was completed 3 days after when the parts were delivered. Nijat Ahmadi with Excellence Appliance Repair just serviced my LG refrigerator ice maker to re-fix a previous, costly, unnecessary repair done by another service provider. Within 2 to 3 minutes Nijat discovered that the malfunction of my ice maker was NOT the need for a new ice maker but simply the need to clean out a partially clogged water inlet line. I am so happy that he listened to me describe the problem and sort things out with my observation rather than jump to a charge more’ option like the previous repair company did. I highly recommend him for his expert technical skills, his honesty and just his desire to do the best job he can do. I make the highest recommendations for him to handle appliance repairs and am so thankful for his help.

Roman was great. He was able to get me an earlier appointment time than what was originally scheduled, showed up on time and was able to complete the work the same day.
