They were able to get our fridge up and running again with a quick replacement and freon charge.

Your service rep, Tee, did a great job at tearing down the dryer and replacing the heating element. You should give him a raise or whatever you can to keep him on your team.

The guy that came was great I just think the price was lil to high. Didn't get any parts just hooked up some wires and new plug but because I'm vet they took off 10$ so the plug was free.

It was cool. Josh was very professional and was done with my washer less than 10 minutes. (Part of the water line coupler seal broke) He replaced the part and the price was incredibly reasonable. I even offered to help Josh move the washer if needed. 5 stars. Period.

We went for a washer that we were quoted $150 for when we got there they didn't have the washer so the upsold this one for $180 got it home and it didn't work it's still doesn't work and of course they only give you a 2 month warranty I've tried my washer on literally every setting that it has it doesn't fill up the bowl for the load any size. So now I'm out $180 on somebody's piece of junk.
