Great service. I have an old home that does not have a wiring closet for my phone or cable. I had to move my landline phone service to a new location in the yard. Lumens added a phone wiring cabinet in my attic, run a cat 6 cable from the new outside location to the wiring cabinet and then rewired my existing phone lines to the wiring cabinet.

This is my second time to use Lumens for wiring changes in my house. They have also done work for my son at his house.

I hire Lumens back on April 2021 to update my service panel with new circuit breakers because it was from the early 1960's! They gave me a good price, very professional and on time! I would highly recommend them!

Lumen’s replaced all of the original 1961 wiring in my home, bringing everything up to code. The team and owner were consistently polite, professional, on time and always communicated in a timely manner. It was a big job and they had to work around our family as this was not a renovation - we were living there for the entire project. I have no complaints or concerns and really can’t say enough nice things. So glad I found them.

Terrible customer service, kept hanging up on me and ignoring my calls for an estimate. I was told I would get a call back twice but never did. I was recommended Lumen Electric by 2 people. I was told they did great work. I guess I'll never find out because I couldn't even get a call back.

Pablo and his crew have done two jobs for me and both were executed perfectly and affordably. They were friendly, courteous, punctual, and well organized from start to finish. Getting a quote and paying the invoice were a breeze. All in all, they upgraded my service amperage, replaced my main panel, ran wire for and installed outdoor ceiling fans, fixed a wiring issue with my doorbell, and ran a new circuit for an EV charger and installed the charging unit. If I have any electrical work in the future I will definitely be a return customer.

I reached out for a quote and was put on their schedule but never heard back. I followed up with them multiple times just to continually be ignored. I wish they would just be upfront and say they are not able to do the job or they're too busy. Oh well, I will take my business to someone else more reliable. Seems by the reviews that it is common practice for them to not respond.

Lumens took the job on short notice and completed it on schedule and without hassles. They were very professional, coordinated with Centerpoint and City Inspection and kept us in the loop until completion. Prices were competitive. Would definitely recommend.

Very good company so far. Carmelo was very knowledgeable and helpful and his assistant was very respectful. They worked hard and replaced our entire electrical panel and installed a plug for our generator. I would totally do business with this company in the future.

After the recent hurricane Lumens squeezed me into their busy schedule and gave me excellent service. I had them come for another project in which the Houston area manager came out because all of the technicians were busy, which impressed me. He was supposed to send me a price quote for the job which I have yet to get after 2 weeks. I've been calling and still no quote. I'm just going to have to get another company to do the job.
This is in response to the owner. I was told it wasn't code at the time which I very much understand. I shouldn't have been told by your manager that he would do the work anyway, but then blow me off and never return my calls. Poor business practices is why I gave a poor review. I would have excepted being told it couldn't be done. Don't tell me you'll do it, then don't and don't get in touch with me on why. Does that explain the situation? I kind of hope it does.

Jonathan was prompt, courteous, thorough, attentive, and very professional in evaluating and estimating the work needed. I especially appreciated that he returned to oversee the final steps.
