Ulysses the electrician came by and performed a great service gave me the details on as to the why and the probable cause got right to work was respectful of my house and Privacy such an Outstanding job the guy did any issues in the future will definitely be in contact.

During the 2021 freeze our pipes burst in the ceiling of our home. The water ran down the inside and out of the electrical box on the outside of the house. Water also got down in the ground wiring which damaged the lines and Centerpoint stated because it was outside the home the homeowners are responsible for the repairs. We found Lumens Electric LLC on Angie's List, we looked at 7 different companies all were trying to charge $7,500 and above for the job. The owner of Lumens Electric LLC is a 2nd generation electrician who retired after more than 20 years at Houston Light & Power to join his father's company which he now runs with his sons. The quote for the repairs was well below $6,000. Even though they had to dig up my yard and my neighbors yard for the underground repairs everything was put back in order. They worked quickly, they were extremely courteous, and cleaned up behind the job. They offer a good warranty on their work, we have not had any concerns since the repairs took place April 2021. I am happy to give these guys 10 stars and would recommend them to anyone needing a good electrician with experience and affordable pricing. The picture is one area where the pips burst, where the stove is that entire wall had to come out because the electrical box hangs directly behind it right outside and all the underground wiring runs right underneath that area.

I needed a couple of lines removed from a carport and they quickly showed up to estimate the project. They came back early the next morning and were done! I'm very grateful for their speed and price!

Lumens Electric is a very professional company. I hired Lumens for many things: whole house wiring upgraded, electrical panel replacement upgrade, Electrical roof riser replacement, installation of outlets and light fixtures, installation of special waterproofing outlets for fish tanks, networking wiring installation, pool equipment and pool lighting wiring, and outside lighting and outlets. Lumens employees cleaned work area where they worked. Lumens Electric also did electrical work at my law office so that I could get an occupancy permit approved for my law office. I recommend Lumens Electric to friends and my clients.

On-site professionals very methodical and professional in their work. All was performed as required by code. After completion of work cleanup was exceptional.

Lumens replaced my main panel, along with a few small electrical projects around the house (installed stove wiring junction box and an outlet for the sink disposal). They did an excellent job and they displayed clear professionalism and competency. Getting the job planned and scheduled was a breeze, they were very communicative and they showed up on time. Efren was very professional and took time to educate along the way. His troubleshooting skills were very thorough and accommodated my questions. Tracked the problem down to a faulty outlet that would have took days for me to figure out on my own. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Recommend Efren and Paul Richard Electric without hesitation.

Can only go as much as 4 stars. This was given to give them appreciation to veteran discounts. Never received service so 4 stars is all I can do. Removed one star because was asked a question on payment terms, i responded, but never got a response back. In the end my repairs were filled by another provider.

I called Paul Richard Electric on Sunday after having an increasing problem with intermittently dimming lights throughout the house. It had gotten so bad that It knocked out two surge protectors overnight while we were sleeping.

We had already had Centerpoint out to check their equipment that morning. They had cleared some brush from around the poles and said there was no other problem on their end. When I called Paul, he said he could have someone out that day to check out the problem.

Larry and Ruben arrived about two hours later. They did a thorough inspection and found nothing unusual enough from the voltage readings to cause our problems. While they were there, the power went out. They went out to check on it and found that there were Centerpoint trucks a couple of houses down working on the transformer! We had Larry and Ruben perform some routine Electrical panel maintenance and work up an estimate for some additional issues that needed addressing.

I have nothing but good things to say about Larry and Ruben. They were on time, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they patiently explained everything they were doing. Even though it turned out that our problem was really a Centerpoint issue, I am very grateful to Paul for sending out his team on a Sunday to check it out. I will definitely be calling them again soon to take care of some safety issues they pointed out and plan to use them for all my future electrical needs.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jose M. He arrived ahead of schedule and is a true professional. He provided the electrical service a requested and left the panel better than he found. I will use Paul Richard Electric in the future.

I give this electrician company five stars because Ryan the technician and the owner provided excellent customer service! I called today and Paul, the owner, was able to get Ryan to come out and repair a breaker that was causing my garage door, and five GFCI outlets to stop working. The price was reasonable and I'm not complaining after having to open my garage door manually for two weeks. This will be my electrical company for any future electrical problems that I may have. If you need someone dependable and knowledgeable with reasonable pricing, just call Paul Richard Electric.

I highly recommend Paul Richard Electric, they were referred to me by a friend who previously used them with great results. My mother had an electrical issue that could not be solved by other ("so called") electricians at her home. I called and spoke with Paul on a Saturday morning ( which shocked me being a weekend and all), he was very thorough and professional over the phone, he had a technician by the name of Joshua dispatched over to her home immediately and within a very short time, PROBLEM SOLVED!!
