Jason was very kind and thorough. He gave us the price before completing the work and talked us through some other jobs we’ve been wanting to do and their prices. We will definitely use him for our future electric needs.

Jose came out to perform an electrical inspection. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing and answered my questions. After the inspection, he let me know what things needed repair or replaced and explained the reasons why. He also provided options for upgrades, if I chose to do so. Jose provided customer service at its finest!!

I actually scheduled an estimate for a complete HVAC replacement on June 23rd with Skylar who was super informative throughout the process and let me know of all my options and which ones worked best with my situation. He also recommended that I get quotes with other HVAC companies as well. In the end I chose A1 Plus cause Skylar was incredibly responsive (compared to the other HVAC guys) and they got it done on June 30th and the installation took a day. A1 Plus wasn't the cheapest but they weren't the most expensive either. The Daikin Fit 5 ton (R-32) installation was super clean and professional. Cools my house a lot better than my previous 29 year old Armstrong 3.5 ton & 2.5 ton AC units. I would highly recommend A1 Plus. Shout-out to Skylar and Francisco as well for the great job!

Larry did a great job very professional and skilled. My issue is the price quoted and the final price to complete was almost doubled. There were no additional materials needed. The only reason for the up charge was the ceiling fan had a remote and light that attached to the fan. As stated earlier Larry did a great job and installed the fan well within 2 hours. I would suggest that anyone that plans on using this group to make sure that your price is correct before the tech. Shows up. Again not disappointed in the tech. just the company.

I can not leave TWO reviews for the same business on Google, although I am actually using this company again, So, I'll just edit my old one! Robert Zepeda replaced the water heater at one of our managed properties today and we could not be more impressed. His communication was way above average from start to finish, and the quality of his work was excellent. He was quick, professional, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

He even went above and beyond by taking away the old appliances, which was greatly appreciated. Honestly, Robert should get a raise — his employer is lucky to have someone like him representing their company!

If you are trying to make a decision for a plumber STOP HERE! The set up was quick and easy! The communication between the scheduling and appointment date was lean (not to much nor too little)!! They even sent a BIO of the plumber that would be arriving! The guy shows up and is quick, friendly, and professional. This company deserves more business and the plumber deserves a raise! The A1 Plus HVAC company has a great employee named Vincent Pedraza. This gentleman arrived at our home on time. He was very professional and helped us with all of our needs giving us the best pricing and services possible. He and the company reps went above and beyond fulfilling our needs with the best knowledge and problem solving available. I would recommend this company and employee to anyone looking for HVAC services at their property. We will use this company for any future services needed at our property. You can't go wrong selecting this individual and company for all your HVAC repair needs.

A1 was able to fit us in same day, and they have an online scheduler too, which made things easy to setup.

Cesar was knowledgeable and very good at fixing our wiring problem. Initially the previous tech did something that wasn't standard, and Cesar was able to identify the issue immediately, and covered the work under warranty. He also quoted me on future upgrades just as I requested. Very helpful.

I can’t say enough about Michael Whitten!! He’s extremely professional, he’s very detail on explaining what he’s doing. Very respectful to me and my husband! The service he provided TOP RATED!!! We definitely will be using A1 Plus for all of our electrical needs.

Brandon was very knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. I appreciate A1 scheduling us on very short notice and all our concerns addressed in one day (replaced a bad breaker, added surge protection for full home panel, and installed a new GFCI outlet). Very reasonable pricing as well!

Called before arriving Lance came to my home to give me an estimate. I thought my house needed a 10 k generator, when it actually needs a 18 k or 22 k. Very knowledgeable. Informed me of the warranties, maintenance available through A1. Very satisfied with his representation.

Ariel arrived on time. Great guys. I enjoyed watching them work. I would like to leave them with a positive comment. Professional, cleaned up after themselves. Definitely an asset to the company. I was a Telecoms Engineer. I know great work when I see it.

7.2.24 Didn't remember generator coming on at 9 am. Wasn't able to see the hours ran on the application. Stephen came out, gave me a reminder to refresh app to see hrs ran. He went through the menu to verify the generator had been coming on at appropriate times. Since the install my power had gone out twice and the generator worked great. Thanks again A1.

I made an appointment to have my furnace checked out for the anticipated chilly weather. Skylar Barron and Davon (Sergio) were dispatched to my home.

I was very happy with the call prior to advise they were on their way. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and put covers on their shoes before entering my home. They inspected my furnace thoroughly and made sure it was working properly. I now feel confident that my furnace will be working without fear of any outage during the cold spell and I highly recommend them for any service needs.

We called the company on Saturday and they were here early Monday morning. Jason was knowledgeable, kind, communicative, and a delight to have in our home. He quickly assess the issue and was able to fix it all while explaining things so that we know more about how our home electricity works. I would happily hire this company and Jason again.

Plumber Quinn was amazing! He was very thorough in fixing my plumbing issue which was very catastrophic for me. The pricing was reasonable and he even caught some issues that other electricians and plumbers missed while doing the job. I definitely trust this company and specifically him, so if any issues arise I’ll be giving them a call again! Thank you!!

Had an employee come out and give me a quote to run a CAT 6 ethernet cable from my wifi access panel in my master closet to my office at the front of my house. I will say yes it is in a tight spot to get too with insulation in the wall but I was qouted $2300 to run maybe max 150ft of cable and install the outlet in the wall for it. Absolutely ridiculous price for 1 low voltage cable that already has a path up to the attic from the wifi box. Employee was super professional and friendly but definitely dissatisfied with that outrageous price.

Follow Up: A1 reached out and sincerely and thoughtfully apologized promising to re-evaluate their price point to more accurately reflect the scale of work needed. Justin was very professional during my call and clearly shows great passion for making sure customers receive good honest service at a fair price. Having said that I was able to complete the job myself for less than 200 bucks for materials and the tools needed to complete this task but at the cost of a few sore joints. I will be calling them in the future for more severe jobs that fall outside of my scope and would still recommend them for a second opinion or simply to talk to their friendly staff.

Love these guys! Jose is the best electrical salesman--knowledgeable and skilled, and he's a great supervisor for his crew. He sent out Danny and Enrique to replace the outside electrical panel, add a portable generator cord and adapter, and install several recess can lights in the house. These guys were on time, friendly, clean, focused, organized, and professional. We've called on Jose a few times, and we will continue to do so for all our electrical needs. Thanks again!

Michael and his team did a superb job !!!! I thought it would take a while as the unit was in the ceiling. They had it done in 3-4 hours. They worked clean and put the ceiling back without any damage. Great service end to end!! Will definitely use them again and will recommend anytime someone needs someone. A1 for sure !!
