Quality System, but the Process Takes Patience

IntegrateSun offers great pricing and high-end tech, which is why I chose them. However, the communication during the middle phases (permitting and design) was a bit lacking, and my project manager changed midway through. Luckily my new project manager, Frank Martin, is knowledgeable and efficient and was able to get it done before the tax incentive expires at the end of 2025. So, if you aren't in a massive rush and want a Pearl Certified installer at a fair price, they are a solid choice—just stay on top of your project manager.

I recently had solar panels installed at my home by IntegrateSun, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the Areej Joseph team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and transparent. They took the time to explain every step of the process, answered all my questions, and provided clear updates throughout.

The installation crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean and respectful work environment. The system was installed flawlessly, and everything was tested.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of the equipment, the smooth installation process, and the outstanding customer service.

They also collaborate with a third-party loan company that funded part of the project which save me from the stress of looking for a loan company.

I highly recommend this company to anyone considering solar for their home.

This has been one of the worst contractor experiences I’ve ever had. Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and unreliable. More than 6 months after signing the contract, the system is still not running.

Poor project management, bad labor quality, missed timelines, and constant delays with no real explanations. Communication is terrible — you’re left in the dark unless you keep following up, and even then nothing gets resolved.

I regret choosing this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I have used Stoever-Parker for 20 years commercially. People do business with people and their representative has always exceeded our requests. Wish there were more companies like this.

Marsha has no customer service, shes really rude. You cant understand when she picks up the phone or even thru conversation, did let her know i was having a hard time hearing, did ask if she can speak up and she just stay quiet. I just ended the conversation.

I had Bravenec Electric come out when I wanted to replace my light fixtures in the bedrooms with fans. One room is cathedral ceilings! They were nice and informative. They climbed up into the attic to install the right things needed to support a fan. Fans work great and I will have them out again for the other upgrades I have planned.
