Dec.2/2025 - I reached out to Faris Atal at IntegratedSun Solar the evening of Dec.1/25 when I noticed that one array of solar panels at my home was not functioning for few days. Faris diagnosed the problem and had the repair tech resolve the problem the next morning, Dec.2/25. Issue was with the breaker in Enphase box. Very much appreciate Faris’s initiative, prompt follow-up and technical assistance.
July 2025 - Outstanding technical & customer service by Faris Atal. Integrated-Sun installed my home solar system about 3 years ago and it has worked very well with no problems. Recently an array of panels stopped worked, called customer service and was assigned Faris Atal, who very promptly followed up with me, did some troubleshooting over the phone / on-line and assigned a technician who came over the same day and resolved the problem. I have no regrets purchasing solar system from Integrated-Sun few years ago and my first service call to them was professionally and promptly resolved by Faris. Also appreciate Faris's follow-up call the next day to ensure system was performing well. My many thanks to Faris and the tech for the great service! -
I was very pleased with Integrate Sun. Their prices were very competitive and my project manager Aryan Lee helped me through the whole process of getting the system designed, installed, inspected and operating. 5 stars.

Process was going well, communication was good until the panels I originally agreed to purchase were on backorder. To keep the process moving, I was offered a lower production model. Before agreeing, I asked my project manager (Aryan Lee) what was the difference in panel models. His response was "same company, same panel." Well, this was not the case at all. I reached out to the sales rep and received a run down on both panel models and what the difference in production would be. I agreed to purchase the lower model in order to keep the project moving along. Ever since then, getting any information from the project manager has been an absolute nightmare. All regular updates stopped completely. I have to reach out for any updates now, and I feel like now that they have their money I'm no longer a priority. This project started July of last year and I'm still not able to use my solar, as of February 15th. I am up in the air about recommending IntegrateSun if you're going solar, but I will say, with 100% conviction, if you get Aryan Lee as a project manager, ask for someone else.

Stay away from this company. We have been dealing with them since we signed a contract in May 2025. It’s October 2025 and we have still not completed the process. Communication is abysmal. If I am not calling, texting, or emailing, I do not hear from them. They give us lies and excuses. I have asked numerous times how to cancel and finally this last time our point of contact said it would be 90% to do so. 90% of what who knows because they haven’t followed up with any documentation to support that number. I asked to escalate numerous times with no recourse. We are stuck at the installation phase with a garage full of materials for weeks. We can’t get on the schedule and we can’t get a reason why. The materials also had arrived without our point of contact confirming the date for the second shipment nor let us know that there’d be two deliveries. With the first delivery I was able to see the home addresses of all the other people on the route. One of the project managers also once sent me a screenshot with another customer’s full name. I can only imagine what private information of mine has been exposed as well.
I understand supply chain issues but I don’t understand non-existent customer service, abysmal communication, and downright negligence. This experience has been horrible and I regret choosing this company. I hope I can keep you from making the same mistake.
Also, a lot of the reviews I notice are from folks who only have 1 or 2 other reviews. At least one clearly has an AI-generated fake picture of a house. Their social media is all AI as well. They are shady and untrustworthy and not worth your time. -
I would have given 4.5 stars but given there is no 0.5 stars, I am rounding it up to 5.
Overall IntegrateSun has successfully navigated all the paperwork (in California) and finished the installation in time before the tax benefits are taken away.
The project took a while as the paperwork, supply-chain, installation-team scheduling required their due time.
The PM Harry provided weekly updates and when he was away his teammates covered him. Installation team made some mistakes which they tried to rectify later. -
My husband passed away last year and left me with a huge electric bill from his workshop. I didn't know anything about solar, but the consultant sat with me for over an hour explaining everything in simple terms. Never once did I feel pressured. They designed a system with Axitec panels that covers my usage, and I finally feel like I can breathe financially. The installation crew was so respectful of my property. I tell everyone about them.
-
I'm recovering from cancer treatment and needed to reduce stress in my life, including financial stress. The team worked around my treatment schedule for the consultation and installation. They even rescheduled twice without complaint when I wasn't feeling well. The BYD battery backup gives me peace of mind during my recovery. The monthly savings help with medical bills. They sent a care package after installation. These people have hearts. The Longi panels are just a bonus.

We bought our dream home but it came with a nightmare HOA. They rejected our first solar application because of ""aesthetics."" IntegrateSun didn't give up - they redesigned using all-black Panasonic panels in a different layout, prepared a detailed presentation about property values, and attended the HOA meeting with us. Approved on the second try! They fought for us when they could have just walked away. System has been producing for 6 months, and even the HOA president admitted it looks good."

We've had the system for about 4 months now and I'm really happy with it. The installation took longer than expected because of some permit issues with Cobb County, but once they got started it was smooth. Bills have dropped significantly!
-
Do not deal with this company. I am in the process of suing for breach of contract. 60-90 days from signing contract is a joke. My system has been on my house since August and on 4 months they have not passed thie final inspection. If your project manager is Atif, run away fast and his supervisor is not any better. It's always, give us more time, give us more time. Then they tell me Austin energy is too strict on their inspections, I alomost lost my mind when Atif told me this. Do the job right and you won't have to worry about failing inspection 5 times

Recommend IntegrateSun for Solar Installation!
I had a great experience with IntegrateSun LLC for my solar panel installation. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and well-managed.
Big shoutout to Hamza Hassan, our Project Manager, who did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was always responsive, knowledgeable, and made sure everything stayed on track. His professionalism and attention to detail really made the difference.
The installation team was on time, respectful, and completed everything as promised. The system has currently been inspected and approved by our county officials. We are now just waiting for the final PTO from the utility company.
If you're considering going solar, I would recommend IntegrateSun—and ask for Hamza if you can! -
Integrate Sun was great to work with and their installation was well done. We had a 14.7 kWh system installed which was 36 410W panels with a heavy up for our electrical panel. They did a great job of recognizing some issues with the initial design and accommodating that by changing the solar panel arrangement and increasing the panel wattage so we didn't lose the total KWh.
Habiba Jokhio was great to work with and she kept in constant communication to keep us updated on the project. She was able to accommodate our wants of a clean install with minimal conduit runs.
We have had about five months of production and it is inline with their original generation numbers. I highly recommend using IntergrateSun for any Washington D.C. installs you are considering. -
Would not recommend.
Overall: Would not recommend them unless you live in Texas and near their headquarters. If I had to do it again, I would pick a local installer, even if they were more expensive.
The Good:
- The price for the equipment was good compared to other quotes received.
- Initial communication during the sales process was great.
- They did add two panels to the order for free after I calculated that we could fit more on the roof.
The Bad:
- Project management. I had to constantly reach out to both IntegrateSun, the subcontractors (was told by the sales team that there would not be subcontractors), our local permit office, and our electricity supplier in order to keep the project moving.
- Time to complete. Signed the contract on 4/4/25, permits approved 6/16, equipment delivered 8/1, installation 9/24, Permit to Operate test scheduled for 11/4 (IntegrateSun missed multiple dates for the PTO test, I have to do it myself).
- Communication post Sales. Consistently given dates that were not accurate.
- Quality of installation. Meets code, but the installation subcontractors were unfamiliar with the battery+inverter, and I had to regularly reference the manufacturer's documentation to advise/correct.
- Delivery of equipment. The equipment was delivered to our house and we were responsible for moving it from the front yard. The battery alone was ~300 lbs. We had to store everything for around two months until the installation subcontractor came. -
It was a long road to get this done. The initial cal with Sam was great after that it went downhill with my assigned PM, Aryan. He wasn’t communicating with me regarding the process and delivery of items. After months had gone by I asked for a new PM. They assigned me Gu, he is great to work with and resolved all issues immediately and kept me informed I. What he was doing to help get my project done

I signed a contract on August 26, 2025. Approvals obtained November 13th. Still awaiting shipment and installation. Obviously, time is very tight and hoping for installation by the end of the year. At this point I am willing to pay extra for alternate shipping or even come to Houston from Florida and rent a U-Haul to bring the panels here. I stand to lose almost $11,000. Hoping that the owner will see this and respond! 🤞
Update: system was NOT installed by the deadline. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I have lost $10,980 in tax credits. All they were willing to offer in compensation was ONE extra solar panel with the provision that I would pay the fees if the permit needed to be changed! Seeking legal representation. -
I recently had my solar project completed by Integrate Sun, and overall, I’m very pleased with the experience. The installation went smoothly and the team was professional throughout the process. A special shoutout goes to my project manager, Sania, who did an excellent job keeping me informed and ensuring everything stayed on track. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and made the process much easier to navigate. The system looks great, and I’m excited to start seeing the benefits of going solar. I would recommend Integrate Sun, especially if you get the chance to work with Sania!

Great job by Areej and the Integrate Sun team. She communicated very well on the project progress. The Powerwalls were back ordered but she was able to find some on a cancelled job out of state and have them shipped for my project. Follow-up on issues was good. Installation team was very good as well. Thank you!!

UPDATE: On 12/23/25, Emma Joseph finally told us that the cost to cancel would be $3,500. That is more than half of what we would already lose in a tax credit since they can't install by 12/31/25. After all of the wrongdoings I've outlined below, I am shocked that this company would try to charge us that much money to cancel. I have requested that this cancellation fee be waived after everything they have put us through. We'll see what they say...
I don't recommend working with this company. We specifically asked them before moving forward with them if they could install before 12/31/25 so that we could still qualify for a $6k tax credit. They said they could, but we'd have to be able to move quickly. Under pressure, we said yes, and we made ourselves available for the site survey within 2 days and approved the plans 1 week after that. Then...crickets. We didn't hear from them for 18 days. We followed up to ask what was going on, and they said the wrong microinverters were selected for our install. Why didn't they notify us earlier, and why did they wait for us to contact them to see what was going on? They finally asked us to sign a change order, and we sent it back within 2 days. We expressed that we were worried that the panels wouldn't be ready by 12/31/25, but Krista Turnage said that we just needed the panels to be installed by that date and did not say that they wouldn't be able to install by then.
Then, they submitted the project to PPL, and since then, it's been like pulling teeth to get any updates from them. We've been following up every 1-2 weeks, and they told us things like the panels we originally had in our plan were no longer available. But they only said that AFTER we contacted them to see why we weren't hearing from them. They have not been proactive at all in contacting us when something has come up on their side.
It's now 12/22/25 and the panels haven't even arrived. We called them on 12/16/25, and that was when they finally confirmed they would not be able to install by 12/31/25, which means we will miss out on the $6k tax credit. When we asked about cancelling (because this has been a nightmare of a process and we repeated to them throughout this process that we specifically wanted that $6k tax credit), they said they would get back to us with what the cost of the work they've already done for us would be. After their inability to stick to the contract and install by 12/31/25, they still want to charge us for cancelling. Funny enough, 6 days later, we still haven't gotten the cost of cancelling from them.
Not to mention, when we called the person working on our project, Emma Joseph, she admitted to having too many projects to work on and struggled to identify which project was ours. That was a huge red flag for us that this company is probably understaffed and overwhelmed. Do not work with them. They will pressure you into moving quickly and then drag their feet for months. This company should not be allowed to do business. -
I compared the prices from energysage in sept 2025 and Integratesun had the most competitive prices along with good reviews. So naturally you would want to sign with them. However, right after you make the first payment and signed the contract, that's where the positives end. The project manager Hesham started ghosting me and did not provide updates in a timely manner. At no point did they share the overall big picture timeline with key events, they will just ask you for random things at random time points so that you are in the dark and cannot know the full extent of their incompetence.
Before I signed the contract, I asked them about timeline because as we all know that the deadline to reap the federal tax credit benefit is Dec 31st and the salesman was saying that it typically takes them 1.5 months to finish the whole thing and me being in San Mateo has an expedited approval process for permits. The permits they submit to PGE was apparently insufficient and took them forever to submit it and they keep saying "pge had additional questions, so we had to make corrections and submit again" that took like a month." To me that is their mistake costing me valuable time and money!
It is now Jan 8th and there are no solar panels to be seen and no response from my project manager about what is going on. I have paid 1/3 of the project cost and there is no break clause to the agreement, I don't know what is going to happen. I escalated the issue a couple times at the end of November and December knowing that the deadline is coming and even contacted Energysage, but they ignored emails from them too.
Honestly, this has been the worse contractor experience I have had.
In summary here's what happened:
- Responds quickly before you sign contract and pay
- Once handcuffed, they will ghost you and responds only when they need something from you
- Deliberately refuse to talk specifics about deadlines and timelines in writing
- False advertising true speed of the project
- Does not share full picture of key milestones in the project so that you are kept in the dark.
- Lie to your face about the reality of the project. -
Working with Emma was an absolute pleasure. She consistently answered all my questions promptly and kept me informed every step of the way. Her support was instrumental in ensuring the project was completed on time. She is highly organized and dependable. Emma made the entire process smooth and stress-free and I would gladly work with her again. I highly recommend her professionalism and dedication.

Installing solar panels on our house was a difficult and frustrating experience. On the one hand, I acknowledge that the market situation was very difficult when we decided to move ahead with the project. We contracted with IntegrateSun in June 2025 when many other homeowners were also going solar ahead of the expiration of the Federal Solar Tax Credit. On the other, I also believe IntegrateSun could have done better at stages. Some of their people were great. Some were not. To begin, I believe sales staff overstated the company’s ability to acquire materials and schedule work. I rate them 1 star because I was told the project would be completed within 90 days. We made our first payment in June. It is now November as I write this review, and we still aren’t fully done. After contracting with IntegrateSun for the installation of 40 Qcells panels, we were passed on to a project manager (Aryan Lee - I name him personally because Aryan at least tried his best and for that reason I will give 5 stars). Our problems with IntegrateSun started in August when a scheduled delivery of the 40 solar panels simply didn’t happen. The truck did not show up as promised. After several weeks, we were told to accept an alternative brand of panel because that is what IntegrateSun could acquire. We reluctantly agreed but also expressed our frustration to Aryan who, in turn, did eventually get us the Qcells panels we had ordered and paid for. Installation started in early October, shortly after we finally got all the needed materials. We were initially pleased with the installer. However, once the panels were on our roof, we were required to make our final payment. I was later frustrated that we had agreed to do so. We still needed the installer to work with our county on the inspection. Our county requires the installer to be present for inspection. IntegrateSun’s installer canceled our first inspection in mid-October. And we had to wait about two weeks for another appointment. And we then failed that early-November inspection because the installer did not provide the county with complete paperwork. We finally passed inspection on November 12th. I rate the installer a 2. Finally, we are now waiting for our county to replace the electrical meter to our house. We need a bi-directional meter that can accommodate taking electricity from the grid as well as putting electricity onto the grid. IntegrateSun uploaded the required form into the utility’s website. I understand this final step could take 2 to 3 more weeks.
