Horrible customer service

It's the best place in the world!

Great company and friendly people. Great pricing.

They leave before their scheduled time. I was sent to leave my shirts they gave me since I was a temp and no body answered the door and it was before their scheduled clock out time. Great guys in the field but horrible office employees.

First off, Dale Nester (another reviewer) works for the company, at least he did when I was dealing with them. So take that review for what it’s worth.

The front office is terrible, get used to Change Orders if you work with them, I heard that a lot. We only used them because we had too in that particular building for reason outside of my control.

On a good note they do have some good guys in the field that will get the job done.

Overall the good field guys is not enough to make up for the behavior of the front office. There are a lot of good commercial electricians out there so keep shopping.

If you are careless enough to drive while talking on the phone and disregard simple things like other Houstonians what other things are you careless about when it comes to electrical work? Driving on i10 west at around 2:30 on Sunday Apr 19. I’ll put my trust in another electrician.
