Moon Valley is wonderful we have been getting our tree here for the last 5 years. There is a beautiful selection of trees for Christmas. They always offer coloring for the small kids and hot chocolate. The staff is super helpful and we wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Bryan was very helpful with our landscaping project. Everyone here is knowledgeable and easy to work with. The process took some time, but Bryan made sure to answer all of our questions as we narrowed down what would work best for our layout. We’re very happy with the results and looking forward to our next project!

We were delighted with the experience we had while visiting the Moon Valley Nurseries in Houston (I10 frontage) on February 8th. We were greeted by a wonderful sales person, Candice Waterworth who worked with us to select the perfect trees to complete our new garden feature. Candice was very knowledgeable, not at all pushy and allowed us to wander around the huge selection of trees and shrubs, was super patient in helping us design the best feature to suit our needs and explained absolutely everything we needed to know about caring for our new Tropical trees. A really fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this outlet and Candice to anyone thinking about improving their gardens.

I can’t say enough good things about Moon valley My husband and I stopped by just to browsed talk to a salesman, we’re about to leave and Tiffany stopped us .After talking with Tiffany we ended up placing an order that same day and I’m so glad we did.

Tiffany’s knowledge and passion for what she does are unmatched. She walked us through every detail of the design, explained which trees would thrive best in our space, and answered every question with confidence and enthusiasm. Her energy is contagious you can’t help but get excited about your project after talking with her!

I’ve been purchasing plants from Moon Valley Nurseries for over three years and have invested thousands into creating my dream landscape. The staff—especially John—are always a pleasure to work with and incredibly knowledgeable.

Most recently, I completed the landscaping around my pool. I came in with a design rendering and a vision for the types of plants I wanted, and the team helped me select everything I needed. When I later ran into issues with two of the plants, Moon Valley went above and beyond to replace them and make sure everything looked beautiful again.

We come here every year for a Christmas tree and they are AMAZING! Shout out to Jared for helping us out this year! We came super last second on December 21st but there was still a good selection of really nice trees, we found one in under 5 minutes!

Wow! Came here to get a Xmas tree and it was such a great experience! They put the magic into each part of it. Cookie decoration, hot chocolate bar, s’mores… Each member of the staff was kind, friendly and fun and they went out of their way to make our 5 year old daughter feel really special. They made patrons for life out of us. This is now our go to nursery! Thanks for making the holidays so special!

Clinton was a great sales person. He is very knowledgeable, has good trees and bushes at a great value. The Moon Valley team delivered on their commitments. I have happily gone back and purchase product from them multiple times.

I visited Moon Valley on I-10 near Katy, TX and I was surprised to learn how different they are from the other nurseries and garden centers I have shopped at. They have gorgeous full grown trees for sale and they deliver and plant them for you! The salesman (Jared) was eager to answer questions and help me find what I was looking for. Really attentive, helpful staff without feeling pressured to purchase anything. I’ll definitely go back.

We had been pining (pun intended) over the loss of two beautiful, old (70 years or so) trees from our front yard last year; a pine to disease and an oak to a storm. We decided to check out Moon Valley Nurseries during one of their sales. The whole experience from start to finish was a pleasure. Jared met us when we arrived, gave us a great tour, helped with advice, and got us through the purchase process quickly and easily. We ended up getting a 'giant' camphor and a 'huge' pineapple guava. Two weeks later, Jose Paz and his team arrived and did an absolutely splendid job of planting. They took great care with everything and Jose gave us detailed instructions for care and feeding of the trees during their initial settling in. We could not be happier with the results.

So pleased with the quality and level of care that Javier and his crew took with our install. The trees look great and Javier took care to go over the details to care for them. The crew used great care of our property and they were personable and professional. If you are looking for trees you should definitely check with Moon Valley Nurseries.

I called last month and spoke with Bryan Kennedy, he was wonderfully helpful. I bought a lemon, mandarin and orange trees from them in spring and my lemon tree was looking sick. Bryan help me out in what to do. My tree is looking healthy again, I just pulled 6 lemons from the tree and there delicious. Thank you Bryan for taking your time and helping me.

We wanted to add a fruit tree to our yard, so out of curiosity, we visited Moon Valley. Jared B. greeted us as we walked in, patiently answered all our questions and concerns, and helped us choose the right tree. I’ve visited many other nurseries in the past, but I have never received service as exceptional as I did from Jared and Moon Valley. A+ recommendation.

Stephen and Charles really helped me out with this purchase. I was so pleased with the services I came back the following day to buy a few more! Will be returning when I need to restock on the much needed fertilizers!

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Moon Valley this weekend! We called ahead to see if they had the tree we wanted (Ceder Elm for our front yard) and Jared was FANTASTIC! He was thorough, informative and took the time to answer all our questions. We met him the following week and he spent a wonderful amount of time with us walking through the nursery. We ended up purchasing our Elm and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.

I'll start off by saying that we LOVE our new trees from Moon Valley! John D. saw us standing outside the nursery (we stopped by to buy some compost, which ironically they didn't have :D ), and he came out to speak to us. We've been looking for new trees for our front yard anyways since our water oaks have died off. John. Was. Fantastic: super energetic, passionate, very knowledgeable of tree biology, and showed us all the trees that would be a good fit. Gave us care and watering instruction sheets for when planting time comes.

Installation: we paid for Moon Valley to grind the old tree stumps in our front yard. Their tree crew is also fantastic. There was a hiccup with a neighbor's car being in the way before they got started, and Will and team were so patient while we resolved the issue. The next day, another Moon Valley crew came to install a large maple tree and olive tree. They did it in less than an hour! The trees are beautiful and so well cared for.

Overall, we are beyond pleased. We need another tree for the backyard, so we'll absolutely be using Moon Valley again.

My fiancé and I had great experience with Moon Valley Nursey. From the minute we entered the lot looking for our Christmas tree to the second the guys brought us our dream tree home. We highly recommend this place not only for the quality of trees and plants, but for the quality of service. Special shout to John, Paul, Brian, and Johnny - you guys really went all out to make my fiancé happy haha - Preston & Nitsa. Merry Christmas!

Our experience was top notch amazing. This was our first christmas tree and now our christmas spot. We will be getting our christmas tree here every year, a christmas tradition, if you will. We came around 8:30 pm, right when they were about to close, thinking we will be in and out. That was not the case, just cause the environmental was a christmas wonderland itself. We came across Jared who was so extremely funny, went through all the important information with us and treated us with the upmost kindness, we really cannot thank him enough. All we had to do was look around and decide what tree is coming home with us then pay out, he did all the rest! When we paid out, that’s when we met Crystal and another man who I unfortunately did not get the name of! Another experience within itself really, she was so amazing, her energy was everything and he was really great . She offered us snacks and “special” drinks and made us laugh. Anyways, this is THE spot for christmas trees. We will see you guys next year. We won’t ever forget this experience. Happy holidays, everyone!!!

Excellent service and amazing plant selection! I was greeted and assisted by Clinton who I found to be super knowledgable, friendly and easy going. Very happy with my selection of boxwoods, gardenia and guava pineapple!

Nico and his crew arrived on time. He went over the whole process with me thoroughly before he started the job and asked me if I had any questions which he addressed to my satisfaction. He asked for my approval before finalizing tree positioning and orientation and made sure the tree is planted upright as best as they can and is facing the pretty side based on my preference. Before they left, he went over the care instructions with me and shared a few tree care and growing tips which I appreciated!
