We played phone tag for three weeks. If you miss their call you have to wait two days to get a call back. They did offer to schedule a time to call me, so I agreed. Rescheduled a meeting to be available. They didnt call. Then finally got ahold of them to give me an estimate. Said it would be done a the end of the week. Said he could check it out without me being there (all trees in front yard). Next week, didnt he didnt call. I called left a message then got a call back to call them back to set up a day to 'check out your trees' . Wasnt going to get caught up in that cycle again lol. Found another company that had the job done by the end of the week. 2 stars because they did seem nice and probably good with trees, but not with business.

Would recommend Urban Foresters anytime - excellent, professional, ethical and very safe. Have used them numerous times to maintain grove of trees on a company owned site with excellent results.

They were very professional and highly responsive. I really appreciated their honest assessment of what was needed to remove the small trees that were growing like weeds in our yard and what future maintenance was required. Would definitely use them again.

Urban Foresters removed a 100 year old tree in our complex without being told to. It was a beautiful tree that provided shade in the summertime, I can't understand why they slashed the tree, when we simply asked for trimming to be done.

They arrived when they said they would with a whole crew and got the job down quickly. One person came to the door and asked me to check to make sure they had done everything I wanted. I asked to trim a little more in 2 spots and they did that right away. I was very pleased with their work. I have used them several times before and always the same treatment.

Originally quote $960/day (originally said 2 days to complete) to remove brush piles off my property. Then they go and reneg on their quote and jump the price up to $1325/day (now 3 days complete). That is over a $2000 difference on completing the job. Their reason is because the salesman that gave the quote was inexperienced. This is bad business! Customers rely on the professionals for their professionalism, experience and integrity. It is not the customers fault if you did wrong. Saying sorry does not make things right. This company should have honored their original quote price. Salesman also did not respond in a timely manner either. Left me hanging by not even letting me know their grapple truck was out of service in repair. Will definitely not recommend this company for any services.

I had Urban Foresters trim and clean out my live oak trees in the front yard in spring 2014. They were 16 years old at the time. They have grown more since that trimming than they did in the 10 years before.

They always looked scraggly and unhealthy before. Now the canopies are huge and the trees look so much more beautiful.

This is an awesome business. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I've tried other tree pruning companies, but this company is 1st class all the way. They were on time and I didn't have to any clean up, they did!!! Well worth the price and more. I will be using them again & telling all my friends!!! Special thanks to Jason, Doug and Doug helper.

I've used The Urban Foresters for a long time at my house. They planted several trees in the backyard in the spring of 2011, which was year of the really bad drought. They suffered quite a bit because I wasn't watering it enough as a new transplant should have gotten, and I was really concerned that I had lost them. Jacob came by to inspect them, and with a TUF feeding service, the trees have sprung back to life, and are doing great now!

They have also come by to prune the live oaks in the front yard, which went from a thick mess that blocked the view of the house to something that compliments the house and its curb appeal. I see other houses down the street from me that used a "landscaping" company to prune their live oaks, and they look terrible. Don't use anyone that also cuts your grass. They'll just hack up your trees. Only go with the pros, and The Urban Foresters is the only one I go with!

I've used Urban Foresters for several years on both residential and commercial projects. They are not just tree guys that cut trees. They are very intentional, taking into consideration the individual tree's weight distribution and health, etc. Would highly recommend.

Really happy with the serice! Contacted a few companies, Chris quoted me via email without even coming to the house by using Google Earth and their own software to estimate the size of the very big and tall pine tree we want to get rid of. The Urban Forestors offered the lowest price and fastest service, I approved quote on Friday, tree was gone on Monday, the crews are super good, a job so well done! As far as price, do shop around! A few companies want to charge more than double of the price qhat Urban Forestors quoted me. I'm so happy I found Urban Forestors! Thank you!

I had a great experience with UF. Kyle was always punctual and on time to meet me at my house. The crew was respectful of the trees i had and listened to how I wanted them trimmed. They were also incredibly clean. I would recommend to anyone.
