The Urban Foresters were extremely professional and arrived ON TIME, in uniform, in a marked truck, and trimmed and thinned my "curbside" trees that had been mistreated by previous owners. Mr. Crowell completely explained to me what his guys were doing and WHY they were doing it. He even explained the need for a deep root stimulation treatment and how that would help my pitiful little, 10 yr old trees. My trees were squatty looking before they arrived, and looked taller and healthier when the left. I will definitely be calling The Urban Foresters again for any of my tree needs. A+ from me.

Called several places to have tree trimmed. Either the numbers listed at those establishments were disconnected, no one answered the phone or promises for call back. Then I called Urban Foresters. Chris called back immediately. I explained what I needed. He kept all of his promises. Not only did the crew show up, but came early which worked perfect for my busy schedule. I have more projects in the near future and there is no doubt who I am going to call!

Awesome. We had to remove 2 huge pine trees and prune 3 oak trees. Jason is easy to reach - answers his cell every time. He promptly visited my house and emailed me a quote. Beat my other 2 quotes by a lot. The crew was great! Very professional, safe, fast and continually cleaned the area. Could not have been easier and more affordable for me.

They got rid of a couple stumps I had. Was priced right and they did a decent job. Had almost 30 wheel barrels of chips to move after. Asked the guy grinding if they recycled the chips and he said yes, but they didn't. Would have been nice if they gave the option to take them, even if it cost extra. Missed 3 roots that were above the ground. Guessing the guy couldn't see the with all the chips, but the low stuff should have been done first.

Erick and his crew arrived on time and I was extremely pleased with their work. We had a huge branch that was hanging over our roof. They were able to remove the branch without any limbs falling onto the roof. After all the limbs were down and loaded onto the truck, they even finished the job by blowing and raking the yard! I will definitely use them in the future. Very professional company!

The team came on time and were incredibly professional. Our very large oak tree was trimmed so well that the tree still feels whole, but lifted.
They also did a wonderful job on our 80 year old crepe myrtles. I cannot wait to see them bloom next time.

The Urban Foresters are a first class operation. They quoted me a price that was far less than the one I received from another company. They cut down an 80 foot tall pine tree that was right against my house. The workers were very professional and exceedingly careful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wes Sheppe from The Urban Forrester was very professional during his visit to give us an estimate on trimming our Red Oak. He told us in detail what and how he was going to do the work and when he and his crew came out to do the work, he told them exactly what he wanted done. They Were punctual, did an excellent job of trimming and of cleanup. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

The urban foresters were great. Very professional, communicative, and quick with competitive pricing. I also loved their estimate approval process which could be done all online. I didn't have to print, scan, and email a thing (which drives me nuts). I could approve through their system. We are extremely happy with the pruning they did to our five oak trees and we will use them again.

Urban Foresters did an excellent job trimming our 4 large Live Oak trees and 1 large Water Oak. Of all the services I had come out and give us a quote, these guys were the most reasonable and the Arborist that came out was very knowledgeable. He understood that we wanted more sunlight on our lawn and he did a great job of selecting branches that could go and the ones that should stay, as opposed to the other services that were more than happy to just hack away. They ended up raising the canopy at least 8 feet, got rid of the "suckers", and took out all of the dead wood and limbs close to our house. It looks amazing! We also opted for the TUF Trees fertilization service but I can't comment on the effectiveness since we just got the treatment a couple weeks ago and our trees were already in good shape. I highly recommend Urban Foresters to work on your trees. They left our Live Oaks looking great!

I highly recommend Urban Foresters for any tree work. I had a small but challenging project of cutting back a very tall tree that was encroaching the roof of my 3-story townhouse. The estimate with in line with two other estimates I received. The crew was very professional - arrived on time, got the job done, cleaned up, and ensured I was happy with the results.

The Urban Foresters cut down two trees for us. The crew that came were punctual, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They had a very large pine tree down within an hour and a half and a second smaller pine tree down a few minutes later. They cleaned up the yard of all debris from the trees that were cut down and left the yard looking really good. The price for the tree cut down was very competitive. We would hire them again to do more work.

I took advantage of the recent promotion that they were running. I have used The Urban Foresters for four years now and was thrilled that I could use them and save a little bit of money. I requested to know when the crew would be arriving so I could plan to be home. They actually arrived a little earlier than the window time frame (a plus for me). The crew was very professional and careful when trimming the branches near the roof. They cleaned up everything when they were done and even cleared some of the piled up leaves. I am extremely pleased with the work that they did. Having the invoice come by email and the opportunity to pay online was very helpful. I would definitely recommend The Urban Foresters.

The Urban Foresters exceeded all of our expectations! I have hired many tree companies before. But these guys were the most professional team I’ve ever worked with.
We bought a home that had a very overgrown lot, with many varieties of trees and shrubs. They came out early and not only listened to my vision, but they made some amazing recommendations that left our new yard looking better than expected!

This business is great. I asked if they could come and remove two large pine trees from my home in Spring Branch and Grant said yes quickly. they arrived a few days later and took them both down. The truck arrived before 8, and the first pine was down in about an hour, the second was down soon after. The whole team was finished and gone just after lunch. This was a great job, looks good, and was done in an efficient manner. I highly recommend The Urban Foresters.

Very professional and helpful crew. Awesome company to deal with. We had Urban Foresters come and trim our 2 Oak tress. Their estimate was reasonable and they started work 2 hours after i accepted. Most true professional tree companies charge 2 arms, 2 legs, and your first born child to do tree work. While I understand quality work does not come cheap, I also believe in a fair price for goods and services.

Urban Foresters was a refreshing company to work with. They came out when they said they would, on time. They listened to what we needed. Took pictures to give a better explanation to the work crews. When the work crews came out, they did their job quickly, asking several times if what they were doing was satisfactory, and even when I asked for "just a little more from here or there...", the price didn't increase. They just did it.

The crew cleaned up the site very well. I could barely tell they were here except for the lack of tree growth.

It was also a refreshing experience to see that a company such as this is in touch with modern technology. I got an email with the invoice. A link in the email to pay via Google Pay. So easy. So very awesome to work with. Best of all, I got to keep my appendages and my kids.

Great work for a reasonable price. They removed a magnolia damaged by drought, ground the stump down, and trimmed my remaining trees. Will use again for our routine maintenance.

Yesterday William’s Crew came out to give my tree a trim and uplift. They did a superb job. They ensured that everything was cleaned up before they left.
