The service technician Jose showed up early and checked out our heating unit. He was professional and polite. He explained the details and repaired the unit. We will be using Northwind for our AC and heating maintenance and when we need repairs.

My tech Mo did a thorough job in service on my central AC unit. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative and spent a lot of time diagnosing my problem with the unit.
The office ladies were also very friendly with good customer service.

Roberto of Northwind came out on a Sunday to check my unit. Very knowledgeable and efficient. Got me up and running like new. Highly recommend! (Not to mention great customer service!)

Greg did an excellent job fixing the Air Conditioning problem and was professional and courteous throughout the whole procedure.

I had them come back again for one of the things that Greg mentioned and other problems that I had. This time Roberto helped me and did an excellent job. It was more expensive because it was a bigger fix, but I was glad to get it done during the winter before the summer comes. The price seemed a little high at first, but three people had to spend about four hours on it so it was actually a very good price.

This company provided fast efficient and excellent service. The technician Josue, was very kind, knowledgeable, did a very thorough job of evaluating the entire unit and I trust what he reported out. That's a big part of doing business with someone. You need to be able to count on them and trust them since these are areas where we need people who are experts, and we are not. So far this company is done a wonderful job... and I will trust them to install a new unit, if it comes to that.

Northwind literally saved our home. We had to replace all of our air ducks in our 50 yr old home. Including adding additional larger ducks to fit a new HVAC that was sold to us by another company. ABICUS lied to us and sold us the HVAC and told us that we didn't need to replace the ducts. Within 6 months the new system blew out the ducts and we had water dripping everywhere on both floors of the house. Abicus would not take responsibility so we called Northwind. This ended up being a custom job. Everyone we worked with were phenomenal. It was almost a two week job. From the manager to the installers, they all were professional, took pride in their work, and treated us like family. We highly recommend them for any of your air conditioning needs.

The team sent out Zane in less than 3 hours on a Saturday morning and he did an amazing job in less than an hour.

I had my biannual winter maintenance checkup today with Northwind A/C and Heating. The technician that showed up was Josue Villarreal. He was on time and neat using shoe booties when he came inside to go up in the attic. He was thorough with the heater inside and the compressor, etc. outside. Answered all my questions and offered help with suggesting a soft start electrical device which would help on my unit as well as possibly saving electricity. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend Northwind A/C.

Josue does an excellent job. He is very through and went beyond what the service call was for and serviced all 4 units and replaced the filters. I have peace of mind that everything is working properly.

We recently had a new A/C system installed by Northwind, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jose was fantastic in helping us choose the right system for our home—knowledgeable, patient, and clearly focused on what would work best for us. Daniel later answered all our questions about the new system and walked us through how to use the new more sophisticated thermostat, taking the time to explain everything in simple, clear terms.

The installation was completed while we were out of town, and everything was handled well. We now have a cool, comfortable home and zero headaches. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and responsive.

Brigette was a very knowledgeable Sales Rep and did a great job coordinating with the install team. The previous unit was 31 years old. Our home had a unique addition that did not allow for easy access. A return was installed and the crew had to crawl back through the eaves to that part of the house. Kevin came and checked on the install and was very polite and professional. I am having issues with another unit that a different AC company installed and I am having Northwind come and service it. I found Northwind AC on the Michael Berry Show and they are definitely a 5 Star organization.

These guys did a great job on a unique Iinline exhaust fan install. Very professional and conscientious. Cleaned up nicely after themselves. Will use them again and recommend them

Josue Villarreal always does a great job amazing tech, and is honest with his work. Providing the best solutions for my ac needs to make sure it is maintained right, with all sincere recommendations which is the reason will continue using northwind for future services of course as long as the company keep the prices at a reasonable fair price to do good business hand in hand, thank you Josue for always being on point keep it up!

North Wind installed my ac and heater unit 3 years ago and so far it’s been going great. They always do great job with keeping up with my schedule maintenance. Would highly recommend them for all your ac and heating services.

I may have to search for other services, but Northwind has had a very happy customer with me for many years. I'm a Realtor and always refer my clients to Northwind, and no qualms about doing so. Great service, quick diagnosis, they explain why I had the problem, and their rates are reasonable. Best of all, Greg actually skips up to my house like he does in the NW video. Seriously though, these guys are the best.
