I have had maintenance done on my AC twice a year for decades. The service provided by Northwind’s Greg was the best I have had. Northwind was flexible in accommodating my schedule and Greg was professional, thorough, efficient, and polite. Greg found an issue under warranty and came back the following week to replace the defective piece, again professionally and efficiently.

More kudos to Northwind and their support staff, and a 5 star affirmation. Our thermostat was having trouble connecting to the internet and the app was not able to access it. I followed the diagnostic and correction steps suggested by Trane but that didn’t work. Greg came out the next day and performed diagnostics and determined that a different technician should come out. Northwind sent Ramses the next day (could have been the same day but I was not available). Ramses fixed the problem and explained how I can do that myself should it happen again. Northwind is very responsive and their staff are top notch! Thank you Greg. Thank you Ramses.

Hvac system stopped working and displayed codes for three issues. 2 of them were due to a small broken wire witch was easily fixed. we also signed up for the seasonal maintenance and inspection service for both our units. Highly recommended

Northwind is an excellent company, which is unfortunately rare in today's world.

Bridget came out for the initial assessment and she was by far the most knowledgeable of any of the 5 companies I recieved quotes from.

She also took the time to call Lennox to see if my coil was under warranty because it was the issue and should have been under warranty but it was never registered when installed by the previous installation company. That was the first thing she did before even speaking about a new install, which speaks a lot to her character.

It's been a few months and the new system is working very well, I've had a few very minor issues and they were put the next day to resolve them.

I'm going to add this for anyone reading the reviews because this was somewhat of an expensive mistake and maybe it can help other customers in the future. My energy usage more than doubled after installation and I did not catch it for a few months until my energy bill was too high to disregard because the humidity setting was turned down too low, if I'm not mistaken, so the system was working too hard.

Northwind does a follow up visit a month after installation where I'm sure the issue would have been caught because the technician noticed something was off pretty much immediately when he came in but I had to reschedule the follow up due to illness and it took me awhile to reschedule the appointment.

Bridgette, Jose, Hector and Gary ( as well as everyone else, hopefully I'm remembering all the names correctly) were all extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using them for any future work I need done.

Very good experience from start to finish. From my initial call to meeting John Bell at our office building, everything was handled professionally. John inspected the unit we’re considering replacing and provided three clear quotes for 12.5-ton units, ranging from the most affordable option to mid-tier and top-tier choices. Very professional and clearly driven by integrity.

Jose, with Northwind came out when scheduled. He performed diagnostic inspection, made sure our unit was operating properly.

We feel that we were treated professionally, and honestly.

I needed my heater unit replaced and within an hour Jose Lopez arrived at my house. He was professional, thorough and polite. He presented me with an estimate that was within my budget and inline with the other estimates I had received.

First of all, BRIGETTE was an amazing sales tech. She was VERY thorough. Walked me through the process with diagrams and explanations. She was always asking if I had any questions or concerns. She answered ALL of my questions. I could have talked with her all day! Such a friendly and down-to-earth tech! She even came to the installation!!! Juan and Hector and crew were quick, hardworking, and diligent. Nicely done guys.
