These guys are great! My wife dropped a bomb and caused some damage. 5 star came out and got everything up and running in no time! They turned an embarrassing experience into a professional and courteous experience. Will definitely recommend and use again!

I called yesterday , and spoke with a nice lady Linann and she made us an appointment for one of their plumbers to come fix a leak in our kitchen sink and James was right on time today and 5 Star Plumbing company gave us a military discount ,like they said they would when I asked Linann, the receptionist , if they would give us a military discount, since my husband was in the army years ago. It only took the plumber James a few minutes
to get it fixed and the fixed leak also has a 1-year warranty. This company is living up to their name as a " 5 Star Plumbing " rating Company, I 'm so glad to have found a plumbing company that I can trust, we are seniors and need help with things my husband use to be able to do, but now we need professionals.

I have been using John and his team Ben and Linan for some time now. I am a contractor myself and I see them as partners. They are always available to help me and my customers out. I don’t even bother getting multiple quotes as their pricing is fair and transparent.

This time they were able to fix a private gas line that was accidentally nicked by us. Awesome cohesive team that was able to put me at ease and got my crew going again

I had the worst experience with 5Star Plumbing. I called six times for assistance and never received any follow-up. Chad, the plumber they sent, was rude and dismissive of my concerns. On top of that, the management team was completely unhelpful the lady over phone from Customer Service is so unprofessional they need to hire more professionals. It’s clear they don’t value their customers. Avoid this company at all

They are fully licensed and insured (a must), they are extremely experienced, highly skilled, quick to respond, and have very competitive pricing.
Everyone I spoke with at this company was extremely kind and courteous, from the sweet lady who takes the initial call and information, to the gentleman who comes to complete the work. I couldn’t believe how quickly everything was taken care of. I also appreciated that he showed up at exactly the time he was scheduled and also that the invoice was exactly as quoted with no additional or unexpected charges.
After doing a random search for plumbing companies, I am so very pleased that I found this one. Now that I have used their service, I have the upmost respect for them and will call them for any future plumbing needs.
