Had a blockage causing the downstairs toilet to overflow. Tried to find a plumber to come out late Saturday and never heard a response from the company I called. I did some more searching early Sunday and found DYZ. Gave them a call and they were able to send someone out in the morning. Explained everything that would happen and showed me what was being done. Thorough and took his time to make sure the job was done right. Price was fair and the problem resolved. Also received additional tips for preventing the problem in the future. My first experience with a plumber was awful, but DYZ changed my mind. Hopefully I don’t have to, but I would gladly hire them again.

Do yourself a favor and save your time, just call these guys, they are STELLAR! Yanez is a master plumber and it shows. He showed up with his +1 and immediately knew more about the situation than I could've imagined. Yanez provided a thorough and clear explanation of my plumbing situation, the steps he was going to take, and any possibilities that may arise as he did his work. He is very familiar with the area and was able to explain what kind of piping is likely in my house based on other houses nearby (they're almost all the same).
After Yanez was done working he demonstrated the fix and explained in detail what he found and how to prevent my problem from arising again anytime soon.
If you get Yanez when you call DYZ Plumbing you'll be in for a treat. As a tradesman myself I understand you need to let the master do their work. Show them what they need to know and get out of the way so they can work their magic.
I'll keep DYZ in mind if I ever have another plumbing issue.

25 May 2021 - Installed new garbage disposal & corrected old piping.

FYI - with/since Covid, DYZ sanitizes their equipment & themselves between appointments. They also sanitized my space before leaving. We ALL wore masks.

Best plumbers I have ever had work in my home. They were respectful of my property. They explained everything in advance, I signed and agreed to the work, and they got to it. Before leaving, as they cleaned up (they brought a drop cloth!) one master plumber tested everything.

They even corrected bad plumbing by a bygone plumber/company.

I had Yanes and his apprentice Julio as the technicians who came to my residence. I have to say they were the best plumbers I have met since I have lived here. My hot water heater was leaking and the first thing Yanes did was figure out if it could be fixed before ultimately figuring out it had to be replaced due to pinhole leak that was there for awhile. Yanes is an individual who you can see takes pride in his work and is extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend DYZ Plumbing to anyone and everyone for my experience with them was top notch. Very professional but at the same time very personable. We had the inspector come to make sure our new hot water system was up to code and even the inspector said Yanes does great work as he is known for the other work hes done. Unfortunately this rating system only goes to 5 stars but I would give them more if it let me! 5+ stars.

Crisis averted! We came home from vacation to find that a copper pipe above our water heater had a leak. Yanez came out after 9:00 on a Saturday night and replaced the leaky pipe. He was fast, professional and did a great job! DYZ has done great work for us before, but they now have a customer for life. Thanks Yanez!

I called DYZ Plumbing early evening on a Friday with questions about a sewer cleanout plug (the previous owner of the home for some reason did not have one). Z gave me great and honest advice and advised that I reach out to my HOA first to see if it were something they could handle or possible provide their own plumber. Welp, I ended up having to call DYZ back to provide services and I am glad I did. Z was able to schedule me the next day in the afternoon. I liked how Z called to let me know the gentlemen were running a few mins late because they had to sanitize the equipment after their last stop. Yanis and Joshua arrived ready to work and got straight to it. I had another 2pm appt and was worried I would be late but Yanis ensured I wouldn't and that replacing the plug would take about 20 mins. They were professional and showed me everything they were doing and all the old cast iron pieces that had to be removed. Great service and company!!! - V. Brimm

From start to finish these cats were great. We had a Water heater that was leaking and they were able to come the same day (or rather evening). It was a long job, arriving at 8 PM and leaving at 2 AM. Even when I said they could come back in the morning the next day to finish it their first concern was for my property . . . the water heater was in real bad shape and could have blown causing a lot of damage; they weren't going to leave the job unfinished. Professional, friendly and most of all excellent workers. Excellent price with high quality parts, seriously, the Rheem Water heater if I had bought it at Home Depot would have been about 1200 dollars (75 Gal) so when you chop that off the price, it was completely affordable. I highly recommend these cats.

They were very fast coming to my house to fix my water heater that at leaked all over the floor, and dealt with scheduling the inspection afterwards. The company is very communicative and know what they are doing. Yanez was the main plumber and did a great job! Would highly recommend.

So impressed! The two gentlemen that came to my home actually ended up coming a day early. The anticipated remedy and cost for my seriously clogged kitchen drain was clearly explained. This company has a jetting tool that is much more effective that a snaking tool. They are experienced and moved fast and efficiently. Thank you DYZ Plumbing! DYZ Plumbing came out and corrected two drain lines that were put in with flex lines instead of rigid pipe. The two technicians finished under an hour and even cleaned the area under the sinks. They took into consideration of our house by wearing foot covers and wearing masks. When all said and done, the quality of the work looks great!

DYZ Plumbing provided excellent service, They responded to my request within a couple of hours. Yence (not sure of the spelling), the plumber, was outstanding. He explained everything he was doing to check on the old garbage disposal, and install the new one. Highly recommend this company. Thank you, Yence!!!

We have worked with DYZ plumbing twice now and have been incredibly happy with the service they provide. Yanez is clearly very knowledgeable, doesn't cut corners and goes above an beyond. The administrative staff is always very friendly and helpful. We had the county inspector come out to check the hot water heater installation Yanez did and the inspector had only glowing reviews of all the work he has seen from DYZ. I believe some of the issues DYZ has worked on, other plumbers would have given up, but they stuck with it and solved some difficult problems.

Yanez assisted us with replacing our water heater that broke and created a large leak on Father’s Day. Despite it being a holiday he was quick, friendly, and professional! I was amazed that he was able to replace the water heater the same day. I really appreciated his help.

We had an issue with our plumbing shortly after buying our house. We called another plumbing company and the guy ripped huge chunks of drywall out and then wanted to charge a ridiculous amount of money to replace a seal. Told him to leave and found DYZ. They were quick to respond, found and fixed the correct issue, and explained everything along the way.

We had another plumbing issue a year later and they were again quick to respond and very thorough. Every single person I interact with is professional and courteous. They always take the time to show me the cause of the issue and are very upfront with the entire process.

The master plumber, who came with a fellow plumber, was top notch. Not only did they bring uninstall the perfect new kitchen faucet, but before they did that, they replaced the old sink valves, which to my surprise were leaking under the cabinet. It could have been a catastrophe!

This is my second time using DYZ. From the moment you call, you're treated with courtesy. I asked for a specific day and I was accommodated. When they arrived the plumber and I went over the problem. He explained to me the process for repairing my hot water heater and the estimated amount of repairs and we proceeded. I had a lot of mineral built up in my tank and he not only explained what it was, but also showed me in a bucket what was coming out. He replaced multiple parts and basically I have a new water heater minus the tank itself. I also received a follow up call a few hrs later to make sure everything was working. Definitely recommend DYZ.

DYZ Plumbing has come out to our house several times over the years, including twice during covid. They come out either the same day as I call, or within 2 days even for small jobs. They are always prompt and professional, with an obviously deep knowledge of plumbing so they can make sure the fixes stay fixed for a long time. Highly recommend!
