Need to get my line fix for my well system, the price was good , and the job was GREAT all done in one day, the head plumbers was YANEZ, he was very knowledgeable ......the nice thing was this guy Yanez knew what he was doing the whole time......if I ever need any plumbing work done I will call DYZ Plumbing and ask for Yanez

I have used DYZ plumbing on several occasions and was totally satisfied with their work. Fast forward, at the end of April I received my water bill for $750.00. I got several estimates from other plumbing companies - they seemed to have different explanations on how to fix the main water leak. Called DYZ plumbing. They came out, identified the location of the leak and thoroughly explained what it would take to fix the problem. DYZ came on the agreed upon date. They did an excellent job replacing the main water line without breaking up the sidewalk in front of my home. Which saved us money - did not have to hire someone to replace that section of sidewalk. Their attention to detail is priceless! They truly take pride in their work. DYZ shows the upmost respect for your home and cleanup after themselves. I am completely satisfied with the wonderful work done. I was stressed out about such a major repair. Because of the great job DYZ did, that stress is gone! I highly recommend DYZ Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

DYZ plumbing has amazing customer service and went the extra miles (yes with an s) to complete the replacement of our water heater. I live out of state and they made it extremely easy to coordinate and complete the repair. They showed up to the house at 8pm at night to investigate the issue and stayed until midnight to complete the replacement. They were also very flexible when they had to come back to finalize a few parts on the install. Their service manager Z is extremely professional and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them for any plumbing repairs you require in your home or rental units!

We have used DYZ twice and will call them every time we have a plumbing need now! Both times they were on time and extremely considerate of our home and belongings, given that the work can be wet and messy. They were transparent about pricing and presented additional options when there were any to share. I also appreciated their availability--both calls were not urgent but still had someone here pretty quickly and the job completed the same day. Really love finding reliable, honest, local companies to work with and for plumbing, DYZ is it!

I recently had the pleasure of using DYZ Plumbing services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Dionieio, the service technician who assisted me, was truly exceptional.
He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my AC condensation drain and walked me through every step of the process. This transparency was greatly appreciated, as it gave me confidence in the work being done. Not only was Dionieio transparent, but he was also incredibly efficient.

Long overdue review for DYZ. Yanez and his assistant replaced the main water valve which they had to dig underneath a bay window. They even helped plant back the shrubs afterwards. Almost 2 year later, the shrubs are still doing great! Great service and they'll be missed in MD! Z was great in coordinating and educating me on MD water lines too.

I hired Yanez/DYZ plumbing to install a new sewage line and plumbing for a closet converted to a half bath. The project went great and I could not be happier with the result. Yanez was extremely knowledgeable and was able to make our vision come true while also providing his own recommendations. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process with every member of the team. I would highly recommend DYZ plumbing/Yanez to anyone looking for plumbing work and will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

I discovered my hot water heater was leaking around 4:30PM and started looking for someone to replace it online. Not knowing who to call I selected DYZ Plumbing because of good reviews and the fact that they were a local company. When I called a very friendly lady said they could have someone come check it out in 90 minutes. To make this short at 6 PM they showed up and by 8PM I had a new electric hot water installed. They were very professional, neat and thorough. They left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely call DYZ in the future for any plumbing issues I have. I was 100% satisfied and very happy with the work, price and timeliness. 👍👍👍👍👍

I don't write many online reviews, but DYZ Plumbing is fantastic, so I wanted to pass it on. I had two experiences with them recently.
We called them the first time on a Sunday night for a non-emergency issue, and they set an appointment for 10 the next day. At 10:00 they were here (!). The person making appointments was friendly and willing to work around my schedule. The plumbers were very respectful and hard working, and answered all my questions (I had a lot). They didn't charge to diagnose the problem ( The other company we called was going to charge us over $70 just to tell us what was wrong.) and their rate was reasonable for the actual fix. They worked to clean up after themselves. The second time we had a similar experience, with the timing and knowledge and friendliness and price. This was by far the best experience I've had with plumbing companies. Both my husband and I were very impressed with DYZ and highly recommend them. Thank you DYZ!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. DYZ did an AMAZING job taking care of a gas line inspection. They took the time to come out and provided a free estimate for the actual cost of the job, not just a fluffy number over the phone. They were able to coordinate with the city for the permit, gas line test, and inspection all in the same day. The gas company is a complete pain, but DYZ came out a second time to correct the gas company's laziness and get the job 100% completed. Super friendly, super helpful, and very responsive. If you're looking for a licensed plumber in Spring Branch or the Houston area in general, DYZ is my #1 recommendation to call first. 👍👍👍👍👍

Arrived on time, quick, knowledgeable, though pricy service. They charge a modest $45 fee due to fuel cost increase. They sent Yanis (a Master plumber) to evaluate and replace a broken leaking plastic ball valve and replace and relocate an improperly located pressure reduction valve in one visit. Yanis showed considerable knowledge and spent time explaining the repair and best practices. Whole job cost $1080 and took about 2 hours. Did a great job cleaning up too. Of the 2 hrs, waited 30 minutes for someone to drop off parts.

Edit: Price was actually on the high side after researching parts installed. Parts was about $200 so paid about $350-400/hr for labor but Yanis was knowledgeable.

Chase and Sam did an excellent job! They arrived promptly within the scheduled time frame and completed the tankless water heater installation efficiently. They were respectful of our home and privacy throughout the process. Chase’s expertise was evident as he took the time to thoroughly explain the installation details and how the unit operates, ensuring we were comfortable with everything. Wayne was also fantastic—he provided clear, reasonable estimates and patiently answered all of our questions. We appreciated the office’s frequent reminders about the installation, which kept us well-informed and prepared. Thank you!

Brandon knew exactly how to work and repair my tank less water heater. Got to work right away, got it fixed, cleaned up after the work and went the extra mile for us. These are our guys from now on.

Great service - can understand all the 5 star reviews now. Works exactly as advertised, really happy went with tankless (Rinnai RSC160en). I went into this not expecting immediate hot water, especially since they added 20ft of piping to hook up to my existing copper water lines. Its already providing hot water faster then my old tank water heater after a few days now of learning my habits of what times I use the hot water, but still takes 10-20secs initially if you haven’t used hot water for awhile, but pretty much immediately after that. I would caution about where you install yours. One of the installers did mention there may be fumes due to mine being in a not well ventilated corner of the exterior of my home. This is definitely the case after a long hot shower and doing dishes - when the unit is working hard get a whiff of it passing by the unit going in or out that door. Even a slight breeze changes that though so honestly not a big deal. Absolutely would use this company again - amazing attention to detail in every aspect of the job.

Professional, effective and on time! More on the pricey side but didn’t find anyone else who could fix it with the same assurance as they did!
