Hot Water Guys are well organized and obviously know what they are doing. Wayne initially came to give an estimate for a tankless water heater. He was professional and answered questions that we had. The crew that came to install consisted of 3 fellows who all understood their roles and worked together as a well practiced team. We had another quote from another highly rated plumbing company who gave a price that raised several red flags with me. We are very satisfied with the interaction we had with Hot Water Guys. We highly recommend them.

What a wonderful experience! Our hot water heater (over 10 years old and located on our roof) started to leak on a Friday afternoon. We called them from a referral and they came in under an hour. We asks for two quotes, one for a replacement and the other a tankless. We had been quoted for a tankless in the past and were pleased this company was more reasonably priced. Install day came two days later, 3 lovely workers and completed within hours. They treated our home with such care. We will always use this company!

Best customer service! From start to finish Hot Water Guys made replacing the water heater stress free and informative. I called them and they came out within a few hours. Wayne came to give an estimate and explained the options completely. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. He spent time answering all my questions and was personable and friendly.
The installation crew was amazing. They took extra care to make sure they respected the property and were very clean installing the heater. They, too, were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and an amazing team. I highly recommend Hot Water Guys to anyone looking to repair or replace their water heater. I can’t think of any other company that I’d have work on my hot water system. I’ve used them before. In fact, another plumber recommended them to me. The Hot Water Guys are the experts. They do good work and won’t overcharge.

I contacted Hot Water Guys for an estimate for a tankless hot water heater, as one of my tank HW heaters was leaking. I called on a Friday afternoon, Shelby provided a ball park quote over the phone and email. Wayne came out Monday to provide an official quote. The official quote reflected the ball park estimate I originally received. The quote was much more affordable than other quotes from other companies.

HWGs also continuously followed up with my city for work permit approval. My city took forever, and throughout this whole time, I was without water. Once they received the permit, Shelby called me to schedule the installation the next morning.

Justin arrived on time along with 2 additional employees, who I can not remember their names.
The removal of my 2 old tanks, installation, and clean-up was very quick. They each worked seamlessly and efficiently.

Sam was great! Took time to explain everything and even reminded me I had a coupon from installation I could use. This company never disappoints, highly recommend.

Came within hours to fix error code on tankless water heater and did maintenance on it as well. Friendly and polite with good explanation of the problem. Price very reasonable. Will use again.

It was time for the annual tankless water heater flush. Brandon showed up when he was expected to show up, let me know before he got there, performed the job, and was on his way in a very short amount of time. He is a great technician!

Technician did a great job in less than an hour but wasn’t very friendly. He didn’t explain anything that was done. Or the problem. All I knew was that there was a part that was replaced since I saw him walk in with it.

Hot Water Guys is the way to go. No plumber or A/c people can do or know what these guys do. I was a plumber and appreciate the knowledge. They carry extra parts for my Ravien unit, no waiting for parts. We are very happy and very satisfied with the work and extra care they took with our home. Sam the service specialist is very knowledgeable with tankless water heaters. They are not afraid to tell you how to get more life out of your unit. I was impressed with the professionalism, trust, and respect for property.
